I just finished walking this trail with my dog and we both enjoyed it! We went up the waterfall way first, the stairs up were a challenge for my moderately unfit self but the dog was fine. The view at the top of the falls was worth it!

Great trail if you want to walk your dog, mainly fire breaks, very rocky would recommend walking anti clockwise definitely need gps not marked very well

A good walk when you want to get out of town. Not too long

Had aimed to do the Ellis brook circular loop on the day, though hiking partner was sick so cut the hike short. The first part of the hike was quite a climb and the water run off has cut into the path a lot. Also poorly signposted though it appears that they are doing up the whole Ellis brook park area. Was still a good hike though.

great trail for all dogs on leads, extremely bussy at lunch time on a sunny day parking limited at base of water falls entry if distance not an issue use first Carpark where bbq area is.

Great trail. Southern section is well maintained but the northern loop is badly wahed out. Rocky ascend and descend. Best to go just after the rains for good waterfall views. Take a good look at the map at the start as the trail is a combination of Wren and Iguana trails. My only complaint is to dog owners not picking up their dogs droppings. Doggy do bags are supplied at the start area. Please use them. Happy hiking.

After a certain point not far into it, it becomes confusing and feels like there’s no track at all. Not really worth the short hike.

Good views relatively easy trail

nice track but without GPS no way to find the correct way as often too many options.

My first trail in Perth. Easy to find. Track is well maintained. My wife and I took our six year old son and he loved it. When beginning the loop, choose the trail on the right and travel anti clockwise. The view reveals are much better in this direction. This was recommended to us by others as well.

Good challenge, the dog had no problems at all, I think I'll feel it tomorrow, some great hill climbs and great views!

Great hiking, the app doesn’t mention anything about dogs, but they are allowed off the leash, so next time I’ll bring mine

The map shown doesn't actually go near Bickley Reservoir??

this is my first trail in perth. it was pretty easy to find. gps was spot on. the views are stunning. i really enjoyed the whole experience of it not being too maintained. the rocks and the over head trees. the sound of water running. my wife i mentioned we could sit there for hours just enjoying the ambience. it does get busy on the weekends. the trail was narrow but its ok. just remember courtesy given also courtesy gained. im not really a dog person(thats my own thing). but the owners are great always kept trail mess free. abit challenging which was what we were looking for since we both terrible out of any shape for 30year olds.

A quick loop that's all uphill at the start and meanders back down the otherside of a waterfall on the way back. Dog friendly too!

Beautiful trail! My dog and I had a wonderful time exploring Ellis Brook. Not too many tough inclines, so could take our time and enjoy the views - and how stunning they were! Just keep an ear out for motorbikes when on the main track, especially if you’ve got your dog with you.

my new favourite track because of beautiful nature, a lot of path options to explore and mainly because I was allowed to take my dog. we had such a good time exploring the area.

awsome trail, kids loved it

Very popular on weekends so if want peace try week days or early mornings. Pace self and bring water. It’s nice it dip feet in the water fall pools at the top of the waterfall. Foot wear with grip is recommended.
