This is a great trail with well maintained tracks and signage! This track can be completed by almost anyone with some steep inclines that my prove difficult for some but the views at the end of the hike are definitely worth the walk.

I highly recommended this track, despite the wash away and erosion in some areas. I found it took a decent amount of time and had extremely worthwhile views! The parking around the track I found quite confusing and limited. A great place to go with friends or family and have a picnic at the top (just remember to take any rubbish you have with you)!

Did the walk early spring, so plenty of flowers starting to bloom. The track had had some overgrowth cut back & plenty of room to do the walk. It was a bit cool with a stiff S wind blowing, so a bit windy on the E part of the track. But rest of the track was sheltered from the worst of it. Seen some black cockatoos close to the track at 1 point.

One of the best views going around. Do not leave this area before doing. Whenever I visit, first place I go. The sunrise is to die for.

A shortish walk, but the climb 2 the plateau is challenging. Excellent views & on a cleat day can see pigeon house mountain & the lighthouse at point perpendicular.

Really well maintained, easy/flat trail with a couple of moderate inclines to make you feel like you did something. Two great lookout spots. Stone bridge was a total oasis in the middle of this brush walk. A great way to spend a couple hours. Lots of parking. Will definitely visit again.

Beautiful easy trail suitable for the whole family.

Nice easy hike.

It’s a man made trail of boardwalks and paved sections. Suitable for prams and wheelchairs, BUT, some parts are fairly steep. Really pretty walk and well worth it. There is one section that is currently closed but you can still get to the water fall.

great walk, loved it. incredible views at the top, a nice quick hike. would recommend avoiding when raining or while wet as a couple of places looked like they would be slippery.

Even though the track to the falls has always been point to point, you now have to walk the end of the main loop track in reverse because of the renovations they are doing. This makes for a long incline right at the start of the hike which makes it currently unsuitable for small children as they are worn out before they reach the actual falls track.

Easy trail, utilising the Griffiths Trail to reach the Illawarra Lookout.

A reasonably easy trail with some good views and wildlife. Trail is a bit wet in places but nothing too bad.

A reasonably level walking trail with only a few slight rocky inclines further in. If you are hiking with children like we were, once you reach Cooks Nose make sure to hang on to them as the lookout is unfenced.

An easy walk on well marked tracks. Did the Flying Fox walk as well. Great views from Cooks Nose

The effort is well rewarded with the awesome views from the top of the trail. As someone else commented, there is not many parking spots and it took me a few visits before I could get a park. Go on a clear day for views of the coast.

Great trail for an easy quick walk. Excellent views at the top in good clear weather. Head up early to catch a spectacular sunrise. Very very limited parking.

This was a lovely walk with varied vegetation on the way up. my 9yo was easily able to navigate the climb. Once at the top, the views are incredible, we wanted to stay there for a while. Bring a picnic lunch to enjoy! Best not to go on foggy or cloudy days as it will make the view a bit obstructed. We also went after some recent rain and there were some slippery parts of the track on the way down, causing a few slips and muddy bottoms. Overall, a fantastic walk suitable for all ages.

amazing little walk! amazing views once your up the top!
