I never saw any wildflowers, but this is a really nice hike up to spectacular vista of Oslo and the surrounding mountains. Somewhat strenuous at times but doable in 45 minutes at moderate pace. Take a lunch for the top. Download the map, lots of trails up there that can get confusing. Lots of traffic on a Saturday morning as you’d expect for such a nice hike so close to a major city. Bus 150 goes from near Oslo Central right to the Trailhead at Stein Gard where there is also a parking lot.
