No glacier view, closed because of landslide

Great track enjoyed riding this a good mate an my son also joined me it was good to mountain bike an see all this history we started at the seddonville end an got picked up at Hector We plan to do this trip again with more family and friends

Beautiful walk with amazing views of the Tasman sea, Aoraki Mount Cook and Nikau palms. One of my favorite training runs.

we biked from the nakawau end to sedinville end and then returned back to nakawau. coming back to nakawau from sedinville is definitely more easy as its pretty much all down hill. the track is pretty rough in places because of the railway sleepers and some rock falls we had to carry or push our bikes at times. was so pleased we done it though beautiful scenery. if I had to go again will bike from sedinville end and get a pick up at nakawau.

great scenery. the rail sleepers are a bit tricky going uphill but okay on return riding downhill.

Beautiful walk a long lake side

This was not a hard track. There are historical sites in teh form of the old gold mining equipment. The track is well defined and easy to follow. Near the Knob are two huts for paid over night stays. Currently The track is closed until 1DEC when a new track will be opened crossing over the Croesus Track. I did not continue down the west side to Barrytown.
