Great views of the shoreline. Lots of pancake rocks to see! Was not there at high tide so did not see the blowholes in full effect. Lots of birds and people!

It is really hard to walk on the stones, there is rarely a possibility to go on the actual beach if it’s flood. There is no spectacular view as well. You need to go further trough the lagoon and then to the seal colony to get rewarded. Care, the walk is really really REALLY muddy. It’s not steep though.

Lovely walk. Interesting beach. Very well defined and maintained path.

Short maintained walk to views of ocean, mountains, and a dune lake all in a single panorama view. Nice break from driving.

Nice heavily forested walk. Not particularly strenuous but leads to a beautiful pebble beach that is a breeding ground for the protected Fiordland Crested Penguin.
