Very nice hike. Lots of different birds, No hassle with tides. I would rate the hike as light/moderate . We did the tour anti clockwise and took an earlier exit through the dunes. It will give you a nice panorama view as bonus

Great walk around the lake. Some points are really into nature.

Decent trail with decent viewpoints. Easy hike. There are lots of mosquitoes so carry an insect repellent.

Een stevige wandeling door het mulle zand. Neem op het punt dichtst bij zee even de moeite om het laatste duin op te klimmen en je wordt beloond met een prachtig uitzicht over zee.

Nice trail, some parts are closed but easy to walk around. We saw some deer and boar! In spring the forest is very green and beautifull.

Very good. Flat and beautiful

Leuk rondje.

A lovely park just north of the Hague. Suitable year round but especially beautiful in the spring with all the wildflowers. This hike is easy to moderate and can be made longer or shorter by taking several of the criss-crossing trails throughout the park. It is only open 0900 to 1800 and bikes are not allowed. There is a small teahouse near the lake and the hill in the park provides one of the best views for miles in the very flat area of Holland.

Forrest, lakes, shade, musquitos.

Nice and easy trail which is best in autumn for it’s purple heath. Little elevation but nothing spectaculair. Great trail for beginners.

Easy trail trough the polders near Bunschoten and Nijkerk

It was a fantastic hike. The trail never gets boring. No lengthy straight paths where nothing happens. It's either change in scenery, surface or altitude which will keep you busy.

Nice trail! Most of it goes through nature and close to the lake. Best way to walk is clockwise.

perfect afternoon walk with your mum

Fijne wandeling met kinderen.

Great well maintained trail! Even spotted some wild buffalo :)

Being from Amsterdam I can state that this is a not too long hike taking you along some nicer streets as you would normally take from highlight to highlight. Especially the second part (if you walk clockwise) is nice altough the last part past the red light district will often be very crowded. But this part is about 1 km of the total hike. All in all recommended especially for young people wanting tot get a taste of the historic city.

Great signage, nice variation of scenery throughout the hike.

Nice trail. Most of the path is asphalt or beton. About 1km is going on a muddy surface (better to have suitable shoes or go around, it lasts in aprox 5 to 6 km of distance).

Parking available at the main entrance with direct access to the Pannenkoeken Paviljoen cafe. As you follow the tracks and trails you'll find many picnic benches, signposts and importantly litter bins so there's no excuse to clutter the area. Mixed surfaces for the trails, some tarmac, hardpack and even block paving. Many paths lead off the trails which I imagine are good for exploring in the daylight. Pathways are signed for horses plus there are many bridges to pass over the waterways. Outside of daylight hours you will need a torch.

A very easy to navigate route around the lake. There are paved and gravel tracks with little change in gradient. Information signs can be found near the major entrance paths. Plenty of wildlife to be seen as well as heard. Street lighting is only near the residents' property so dawn runs would better undertaken with a head torch.

Great trail. Some parts were a bit muddy, but very doable! Enough resting places on the trail.
