Mooi rondje om voor je spikes. Wel even inhouden als je wegen oversteekt.

Easy trail trough the polders near Bunschoten and Nijkerk

Great trail!! First time I’ve seen the blue lagoon and the sun even came out. My favourite area of the Netherlands so far.

Parking available at the main entrance with direct access to the Pannenkoeken Paviljoen cafe. As you follow the tracks and trails you'll find many picnic benches, signposts and importantly litter bins so there's no excuse to clutter the area. Mixed surfaces for the trails, some tarmac, hardpack and even block paving. Many paths lead off the trails which I imagine are good for exploring in the daylight. Pathways are signed for horses plus there are many bridges to pass over the waterways. Outside of daylight hours you will need a torch.

I was surprised by the elevation differences in the trial. In the Dutch mountains! If you don't wanna climb or ski in the facilities next to the trail it is good time spend to make a walk.

Ik vond de zandbergen verrassend. En het kleine planken bruggetje. Veel café's in Gemert. wel even zoeken hoe ik van Gemert weer terug moest.

Nice trail with variety in nature. Not very muddy. Dogs are allowed.

Superbe randonnée, pas très difficile juste un peu longue. Pour les chiens c'est vraiment génial on peut les lâcher ! La végétation est jolie et le sol est sableux c'est très agréable pour marcher ! Enfin bref super rando!

1 star this thanks to all the forestry work they where doing muddy roads we also did not do the whole track The track itself was nice it is a good walk but the scenery is same same We also skipped out on the little town Mostly just a good walk 2 stars without the forestry work

Not bad for a dutch trail. Being from the Netherlands, I find it too flat but mostly too organised here, in general. 5-10% of this trail contains straight pieces of trail of about 300m in length, so that it's no surprise what you will see. All in all, there are spots in the center of the trail where it's pretty quiet (you can only hear the birds) and where you don't hear the car traffic (you'll hear and see cars in the easternmost part). Follow the dark yellow/light green trail stripes on the signs, these are for this specific trail (indicated as 12 km length on the various points where you can commemce the trail ).

It's a nice ride for a bike tour, which shows you a typical Dutch landscape with cows and sheep, vast grass lands, skies and clouds, and lots of water. It's also possible to do this route by rollerblading, but it's less convenient as a walking trail.

A good morning or afternoon walk in Texel with views along a beach, a chance to stop in a beautiful lighthouse with an historical WWII story (look for the bullet holes) and views of the water marshes and wild bunny rabbits. In the summer it can get busy along the water.

Loved it! Great landscape with good views along the way. Multiple parking areas connect to the trail. The area is very popular with people walking their dog.

Nice route, unfortunately all over tarmac. The little boat ride over the Amstel is great though.

Very nice and pretty trail through 'Boswachterij Austerlitz'. Dogs can walk off the lease here. We were lucky enough to see a deer during our walk.

NEUTRAL MORESNET A historical trail in Belgium's region "Voerendaal" (Fouron" in French) with maximum height of 346 m and a minimum of 193 m or 153 m difference to conquer twice. Peace of cake. This round trip, mostly through a woodland, is close to Aachen (Aix-la-Chapelle) where you can spend the afternoon if you start early morning. Starting at "Drielandenpunt", a tripoint where Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands meet, going downhill along the German border to Neu-Moresnet and further to Kelmis, previously known as Moresnet and once an independent free state due to the zinc mines. In those days there was thus a “Vierlandenpunt” (quadripoint). See https://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neutraal_Moresnet?wprov=sfsi1 and http://historiek.net/misverstandje-moresnet-overleeft-bizarre-eeuw/58091/ ). From Kelmis the tour leads you, via the Moresnetterstrasse, rue de la Calmine (“Minestreet”) to Moresnet-Chapelle where via the Kalvariënberg / rue du Calvaire and the rue d’Aix back though the wooded hills to the starting point, where you can enjoy an after-walk too.

I lived in de Pijp for 3 years before moving to the US... great memories. This walking tour is great! It describes some buildings close to my old house that I never paid any attention to. I hope to go back soon and follow this tour.
