Beautiful views especially at night. Nothing but an enjoyable walk, many monuments and shops and places to eat and drink. Must do when in Mazatlan. Get out and hike!

Nice and safe place for a bike ride. You can rent a bike or bring your own. Endless walks are also a favorite to-do here. Park has shaded areas and beautiful structures for views. Visit the top area where the old steel furnace still stands. It offers great city views. Very family friendly park. The park itself is composed of several parks within. Plan ahead and enjoy all the activities.

This trail is super pretty! There are so many beautiful views. There are entrances to the beach every couple steps. 10/10 recommend!

Great paved loop through large park/forest in Mexico City. Easy walk from hotels or nearby train stations. I woke up early to run in the morning and there were several runners circling as well, but the loop is very crowded mid-day on the weekends. While the path is paved and easy to run, the cobble stone could be rough for a bike or stroller, although that is typical in the city.

I live here and run the malecón four or five times a week. It is a great place to run and clear your mind. There any entrances to the beach so you can easily mix in some sand running as well. On the south end you can exit the malecón when it ends in Olas Altas and follow the road up along the curve to the left and then turn right when you pass the school. Go up the hill, veer right and your on the way down the paseo de centenario - one of the most amazing running views ever. From there, turn right and run up the faro (lighthouse). A run you’ll never forget.

The boardwalk itself is beautiful and a nice long stretch. Too bad there is no activities. Was expecting vendors and artists, hell even a place to stop for a coffee or ice cream. None of this was to be found. As far as exercise, nothing beats it.

A beautiful paved beach walkway through downtown Mazatlan. Lots of runners and walkers exercising and enjoying the views. Very safe and a great way to see the city.
