Great route, good level of demand, the detail is that you have to be very careful when there is a crossing with cyclists because they go very fast, it is the only point against this route.

Pretty good, very quiet, good views, very easy.

pretty walk, easy and mostly flat

Great trail, almost exclusively under the trees (no real view).

I started in section I of Chapultepec and Walked through Constituyentes and go across Periférico through the elevated bridge to get to section II. Try to walk through the forest while possible, lots of traffic in the main trails for running and walking.

Fantastic trail. Lightly trafficked by hikers and bikers. Nice balance of long stretches in the quiet woods and short stretches through the energetic picnic grounds. Plenty of opportunities to wander in the woods if you feel like going off the trail. Nice quiet pond at the loop end of the trail, with plenty of families watching and feeding ducks. The trail head is near a dozen small local restaurants for a nice post-hike meal. Highly recommend this hike!

Shortest trail to Cerro de San Miguel’s peak and a beautiful tour of Desierto de Los Leones forest. Great mix of moderate and hard sections.

This canyon

Great paved loop through large park/forest in Mexico City. Easy walk from hotels or nearby train stations. I woke up early to run in the morning and there were several runners circling as well, but the loop is very crowded mid-day on the weekends. While the path is paved and easy to run, the cobble stone could be rough for a bike or stroller, although that is typical in the city.

Excellent walk! Not very well marked the entrance, but opposite there is a parking lot with several restaurants, it can be completed in 3 hours, the road is very beautiful.

An excellent place to run. The only drawback is that it is very frequented

Relatively easy trail, few people early in the morning.

Its a great trainning run because of the high altitud and the scenes are beauriful. I strongly recommend if its your first, to go with a group or partner. There’s parking in the nearby houses.
