Really enjoyed this trail and hope to make it out again when I have more time to explore the area.

There are actually two trails in the park, one is out and back and the other is a lollipop. The Cactus Cut trail is approximately one mile, two since it is out and back. The trail begins at the water only campground and ends at the water electric sites. This trail is clearly the park's "gem", it is very well maintained and marked extraordinarily well. they should have saved half of the markers for the Roadrunner Loop, which is poorly maintained, has no proper trail markings and is 1.8 miles. This trail begins at the water electric sites a few yards from the Cactus Cut exit. You cannot navigate the entire 1.8 miles, just turn around when you lose the trail. Overall it's a pleasant hike if you are in the area.

Trail is well maintained and marked very well, although I can understand how some may desire more trail markings. There is a lot of climbing with good payoff on the downs. Trail is good for a variety of activities and has plenty of space for passing other trail users. Connects with several smaller trail segments to create a trail system.

pretty basic trail from the RV campground to the more primitive campgrounds. trail is multi-use, gravel, and flat. The trail fits the category for a nature path, has several points of interest marked and three covered sitting areas to rest at. There is not any shade so on hit days it would be best to use in the morning before the sun crests the canyon wall.

Got rained out so didnt get to experience the entire system. From what I was able to ride, the trail has great potential. It needs better markings. Some areas are not passable, there is one spot that a road crew shoved debris onto the trail and ruined the section. There is a fallen tree at the bottom of a drop that just needs to be cut. If you're hiking, these arent exactly issues. Make sure you have some serious mosquito spray, they are aggressive.

Fun, fast, and relaxing. Great for hiking, regardless of age. Great for MTB, regardless of age. This trail also offers a nice break from the road if you're heading back from a tough hike or ride.

You have to hand it to the trail builder...they took an empty field full of nothing besides broken glass, rock, and prairie dogs and made a good time of it. Honestly though...who wouldn't enjoy a real life version of "whack-a-mole" when you are biking a descent on loose gravel? The trail sucks for hiking and does not have the best flow for mountain biking, but those prairie dogs....

I forgot to mention the wind...

The trail is pretty awesome...for hiking or trail running. as with most Oklahoma trails this MTB outing became a hike and bike. The trail is abundant with rock gardens, boulders, and loose rock. It boasts significant climbs and descents. It could use some rerouting as some areas are eroded. Found some fantastic viewpoints and overlooks! I would say it was worth the day trip.

Definately worth the trip. Much more crowded than I would prefer, but what I expected.

Definately worth the trip, I would have preferred running in the evening or early morning. The area was very crowded with tourists, wish there hadn't been protestors at the white house but some people don't care if they're ruining the experiences of others.

This trail is relatively wide, about a third of it is single track with some technical sections. There are some interesting rock formations and lake viewpoints. Appropriate for kids mountain biking.

Trail is listed as a DORBA sponsored mtb trail. Trail is overgrown, poorly marked, and offers little shade. There are some viewpoints of the river but the river isn't really a saving grace for this location. Some areas are very sandy. I suppose it's nice for locals looking for a quiet place, this is definately not a destination trail.

Trail is good for a local option, has fast and flowing sections and is easy to navigate. The trail is eroding in areas on biking lines. My kids enjoyed the new experience.

The trail is flat and fast, some areas are still being improved from the nearby construction. Overall, the trail is a good option for locals who are short on time or someone just wanting to get on a new trail. very appropriate for youth mountain biking.

Trail is well used and easy to navigate. I found the bike signs amusing because they are not your traditional bike navigational signs. There are approximately seven miles of trail, divided into four uniquely named loops that are relatively descriptive of the trail features. My children mountain bike and were able to ride the trails labelled as "easy" by TPWD. Portions of the trail are well shaded and it is clear which segments are more heavily used. Great for hiking also. I was able to bypass the kids on foot since I didn't ride or run on this visit.
