A follower of Jesus that loves to experience God's creation through nature. I've always been amazed by the beautiful landscapes that our world has to offer and think that it's our responsibility to care for them well. I'm a huge Bay Area sports fan with season tickets to the 49ers, Raiders, Giants, A's, Sharks, and Warriors. I went to school at UCLA and try to make it down as much as I can to follow the Bruins!

My hiking mainly consists of day hikes. I'm not that into backpacking or camping, but I love to push the limits on what could be explored in one day. I try to get outside most weekends for some sort of extended hike and also hike a couple of times during the week. I'd love to connect (tylerchuck@ucla.edu) if you'd like to join me for some of the longer (20+ mile) weekend treks. Some of my favorite California hiking locations include Yosemite, Big Sur, and Desolation Wilderness. See you out there on the trails!
