Challenging as a new hiker a few years ago and is now a fav. Love it . Truly moderate, did it in trail runners with Gatorade in my camelback , lots of pretty falls, very calming while getting a workout in .

Upper falls was closed when I was in Yellowstone but lower falls is still beautiful . Steep on the way down and up with plenty of switchbacks

I loved this hike... did the 10 mile loop, challenging with mud and wetness, would still say it’s moderate. All the lakes were gorgeous, and the fields of wildflowers were just beautiful . I’d recommend doing it counter clockwise because the dissent down the mountain was easier than those doing it clockwise coming up that steep steep almost 3 miles of mountain.

Loved the hike , very very pretty , great photos, some climbing involved. I hear moose are in this area a lot but I didn’t see any ... sad face.... lake was very pretty.

Sheila Jones-Carrion reviewed The Grotto in Hornet Canyon

Loved the hike , truly moderate , my first hike of the season, so it was hard , didn’t have my hiking kings on. Wanted to make it up to hornet but ran out of time. The grotto was pretty . I’d do it again now that I’m several hikes in.

Love Adams , love the waterfall, initial switchbacks are brutal but a great hike for all .

    Sheila Jones-Carrion reviewed Triumph Trail

Did Triumph up (by accident) and Davis creek loop down. Triumph was brutal, semi dangerous and gorgeous views, it pushed me and I loved it. Hard difficulty steep pitch, loose shale, nothing to hold on to. Definitely need hiking boots, walking sticks and maybe rescue gear and first aid for Triumph trail. It’s a swift gain in elevation. Waterfall and creek were awesome at the flat ridge of Triumph. I didn’t continue up. Kinda took a not well traveled path to cross the creek to Davis loop.

Sheila Jones-Carrion reviewed Flag Rock via Patsy's Mine Trail

Great early morning hike. You can see your target so that was motivating. The mine was a little damp, beware of low clearances if you’re tall. Lots of fun. The trail head is right under the light post and parking is across from it. Happy Hiking !
