Gorgeous view! But this is not a moderate trail. The majority is strenuous. Be prepared to actually be climbing up nearly the whole trail. It’s so worth it once you get to the top.

Be ready to climb down 5 flights of stairs for some amazing photos. It's a little tight in spots, but this is an awesome tour. I didn't think we would be allowed to bring our water pack, but it was no problem. It cost $25 through Ken's Tours and an additional $8 for a Navajo fee and it was well worth it. Our guide was Desi and compared to the guides behind us, he was the best there.

This was an absolutely beautiful walk. Take the paved road on the way in and the sandy, watery path down the river on the way back- just make sure you bring a good pair of water shoes.
Btw, the scenery is mind blowing.

Beautiful trail that varies between rocky and sandy. You can carry a cooler through it, but having one on wheels would be a little tricky. There are several spots along the way to the falls to stop and swim. Those are my favorite spots. They are less busy and absolutely beautiful. Try to park at Waterfall Trail lot or the Irving lot. Those are the closest to the trailhead.
