We did this hike along with mount Battie and I would just advise that the "summit" has no views so be prepared, there is a view almost to the top that is breathtaking but once you reach the end, it's just a sign with the elevation on it. Highly recommend mount Battie to do with this hike.

Great hike! Just be prepared for a lot of people at the top who drove up

My favorite hike! My husband proposed to me here and it was my first ever hike! Plan on packing a lunch and bathing suit to go swimming at the top and enjoy the afternoon at the summit. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

This is easily one of my favorite mountains! It has insanely gorgeous views and starts right off going uphill. I would warn that there definitely is more difficult once you get closer to the summit so just be prepared for that! You have to do some rock climbing but the view is worth it! And don't forget to bring some cash to help maintain the trail and bathrooms (which were the nicest bathrooms I have ever seen on a trail!)

A great spot to learn some history too! The hike is definitely a little bit harder than easy but is still a great trail for kids, dogs, etc.
