Not an awful lot to say about this walk, I personally found it a tad boring BUT saying that it is the perfect walk with a buggy or a bike, nice gravely footpath so wellies weren't needed we parked in the pub car park and had a drink after.

I did this walk with my boys today, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We've all decided we want to live at Upton Manor it's a stunning house. We did take the shortcut as didn't want to take the kids on the road. It was completely clear (guess because it's winter) and a really nice footpath. It did look like it had been cleared though. I would highly recommend this walk, we wore wellies but I reckon you could get away with good walking boots.

We did this walk today, it was lovely and sunny and due to a few dry days no need for wellies When you walk across the middle of the field it is quite steep definitely burnt a few calories . Very short bit of lane walking but doesn't effect the walk at all. Just before you get back to the car there is a pub called the George and Dragon, we had a sandwich there and it was very nice. Really enjoyed this walk and we will be back so the boys can go in the water

We did this walk today as had cabin fever after the snow. It was a lovely area to walk in BUT for us there was far too much walking on roads/lanes I would say about 85/90% is tarmac.

Lovely walk, started off thinking glad I didnt wear wellies BUT it did get quite muddy after the stream so be careful if it's been raining. The second half of the walk is along lanes BUT they are very quiet and we only came across 2 cars.

We did this walk in half term and my eldest said it's one of his favourites, little bit of road but not too much, we even saw frogs spawn

We really enjoyed this walk, the only bit that really put us off was the sharp bend it was very dangerous!!
Be careful after wet weather as the tunnel under the railway bridge floods and unless you have wellie on your a little stuffed.
My boys helped with a canal boat through the lock
