Nice trail with a steady descent to the falls. Demanding climb back out almost the whole way, but my 7 and 9 year olds did it. If you are confident your kids are good hikers, should be ok. My Strava recording said it was 8.9 kms, and 196m of elevation though - different than the description says.

Very nice for what it is, but this is just a walk - very short. Good for getting out of the campground with the youngest of children. Nice mossy waterfall and brook most of the way.

Beautiful area worth exploring. I personally would not classify it as easy because of the many stairs and rocky steps throughout the trail. Still, my kids did fine through high temperatures and about 2.5 kms.
Look past the plethora of trash that ignorant visitors have thrown everywhere along the trailside, and you'll be able to enjoy the beauty of this place.

Yes, go left and do the "harder" trail to start. Come back down on the easy. This way you see the beautiful waterfall part way up, and avoid the large steep steps on the way down.
A good little hike with nice views and lakes that make it rewarding for limited effort. Many longer hikes don't boast such views. Only problem is that it's busy! And really annoying to see all of the dog poop bags left beside the trail!!!

Fun and different, suitable for kids. Be prepared with water, hats, sunscreen, etc. for really hot temperatures in this area during summer.

Nice easy hike. Not sure why this app rates it as difficult. We had a good time with minimal complaints from our young kids. Nice forest trails as typical of this area. Plenty of muddy sections so don't wear you're inside shoes

Rooty for biking if you don't have suspension, but a really nice trail for an intermediate distance and elevation skill level.

Great hike and doable for young kids if you think they're up for the challenge and if you have a backpack for the really younger kids... Nice view, some different terrain to make it interesting, a popular choice.

Nice little kids hike. Would rate higher if it was a bit longer, but otherwise this one checks a lot of boxes for a kid friendly activity. That's also why it can be a bit too busy...
