As a “moderate” Trail I can’t give it a five. It’s a nice walk and it was a quick run around a couple of trails… But it should be rated as easy so you don’t burn the morning on it when you’re looking for something a little more challenging than easy.

Great trail and honestly people don’t rank a trail because you randomly ran into a bear. I have run into bears in my neighborhood, what if Zillow dropped my property value? Silly ranking.

Good hike overall, some cool old relics. Heads up, I did encounter a black bear. Easily scared him away.

Can be a tough hike but so worth it. The mountain has a pretty steep ascent, but great peace at the top. I started near the falls where they enter the pool and made my way to Buck. There are multiple ways in I believe, be careful because I had to help one couple find their car, a half hour away. Get out and enjoy this one!

This mountain is my go to hike. It's familiar, has enough small challenges and the sites and mystique are always a draw. From the view of New York on a clear day to the Tripod rock sitting in the old "temple" down to the breath taking size of the bear rock the place is cool. You can also follow the orange trail around to the lake. If you want to make a day of it cross the road to Turkey mountain. If you live in the area and haven't been here you are missing an incredible and beautiful spot.

Great hike for beginners and family. It has a bit of everything for your young hikers...giant rocks to climb, incredible views and breath taking falls. Also a great hike for a date! It's not too hard, pleasant and the falls are beautiful to share.

This was a rugged trail, but what a great quick work out. Almost immediately you hit an incline and keep going. Really rocky ascent, it doesn't challenge you to be very careful not to trip up and take out a knee. A bit over grown in spots so ticks did worry me. Incredible views at the top and if you follow the trail behind the mountain you can stretch this into 4-4.5 miles. I enjoyed it and recommend others give it a shot!
