This is a real gem -- one of the most interesting short hikes I've ever been on. There are some great views down into a slot canyon, a cool little alcove full of ferns, and of course some amazing views of the intersection of Pine Creek canyon and Zion canyon. Plus it's a good place to see Bighorn sheep.

Fantastic hike. The waterfalls are lovely -- not high volume, but desert waterfalls have a certain fragile beauty. The lower and middle pools are pretty, but not strikingly "emerald"...the upper pool, however, is a striking green. There are also some great views of the canyon from the upper part of the trail.

FYI: The National Park Service considers this two separate hikes, lower and upper. The lower part is easy and paved, the upper part is more challenging, and is rated as moderate by NPS.

Spectacular hike...fun, beautiful, one-of-a-kind. Sure, it's crowded, especially on hot days, but with good reason. I can't imagine going to Zion and not making time for this.

Breathtaking hike. Especially if you've just spend a lot of time in the rocky desert parts of Zion, this area is remarkably different and lush with hanging gardens.

Hike itself isn't necessarily anything special, but the destination, Weeping Rock, is a pretty fascinating, unique location.

This is my favorite hike I've taken. Starting in lush, mossy forest, across Fryingpan creek, up through alpine meadows and ending in bare rocky mountain. Incredible variety and stunningly beautiful the whole way through, plus a great view of Mt. Rainier.

This is a great hike with spectacular views. I completed this with my 10-year old and 7-year old -- there aren't many options for hikes down into the Grand Canyon that you can hope to complete with young kids, but this one is great, and Ooh Aah Point itself is breathtaking.

This is a nicely maintained, paved path along Muddy Creek connecting the Oakdale campus with Auburn Hills park. It's nice all year round, but in my opinion is most appealing in April and May when the wildflowers are blooming.
