Michael Churukian reviewed Angels Landing Trail

The switchbacks are the "hard" part of this hike, and there are a lot of them in a row.
Once you get to the chains, it's a pretty easy, constant climb to the top and to the edge of the rock.
Even someone with no prior hike experience can do this as long as they have a positive attitude and some sense of balance. It's totally worth the time.
    FYI
•Start early. Lots of traffic later on, so you have to alternate traffic flow on the single tracks
•Its not that long back and forth without the traffic (less than 4hrs)
•Packing light is the key to this short hike

Easy. Whoever gave this a moderate is crazy. Nothing hard at all. A few quick assents, but, for the most part, fire roads.
