Great hike and a peaceful memorial for the 19 hotshots that died there. You start out climbing up on the trail, which is narrow. Very windy, with beautiful wildflowers and charred trees left from the fire. Once you get to the observation deck, you can climb down to the memorial, which is worth it. Not too busy for a Saturday. Well marked trail and great views!

Intense trail to hike. Steep in some places, but an easy trail overall. A great cardio workout. The rock formations are beautiful. Jogged a little on the way down, but some of the rock is slippery. Lots of parking available. Very popular as there were plenty of people out there.

This was a fun trail to walk on. You have beautiful, desert views all around. Easy trail, with some climbing involved as you ascend to the top. Friendly people, plenty of parking and multi use trails for all. Highly recommend this trail for a short get-away from the city.

Nice, easy trail, with a steady incline. Mostly pine trees, with some aspens. Enjoyed the peaceful scenery and the view of the peaks.

Great hike! Flat in some areas, but a good climb in others. Wonderful views of the Sedona area. Used this trail to the Brins Mesa Trail, Cibola Trail, Jordan and back to Soldiers Pass (for the short walk to the parking lot) to make it a loop trail. Parking lot is small, but you can park along the street close to it.

This is one of my favorite trails in Sedona. Well marked trails and a lot less crowded than Bell Rock. The views are beautiful and the trail is easy. Get your camera ready for some beautiful pictures. Get there early for parking is limited. Highly recommend this trail!!

This was a fantastic hike. We parked along Dry Creek road since we didn't have a Red Rock Pass. Look for the crowd of cars a mile or two from the turn off of Highway 89A. You walk down a dirt road for a while, then a sign comes up indicating the trail for this hike. The trail was beautiful and a bit challenging towards the end. Some steep areas as you ascend towards the bridge. A very popular trail as there were many people there. All ages were there. A bit windy on the top. The bridge looked a little scary to cross from afar, but when you actually cross it, it is wide enough and comfortable. A very peaceful place to be. Highly recommend this place.

A very easy trail with beautiful views. We climbed the broken arch at the end and saw a spectacular view of Sedona. A little scrambling up this last part, but well worth it for the views and peace.

A fairly easy trail. We started out in the afternoon, so it was rather warm for a February. Brings lots of water and your walking legs. Great workout as you go up and down, and sometimes level off. Not much traffic so you will enjoy the solitude.

This was a good hike, a bit longer then I thought. Not too hard and some nice views. Lots of mountain bikers, too.

A great way to spend your day! Very easy trail, especially for a first timer. A little bumpy toward Lake Pleasant, but over all, it was a good ride. Highly recommend checking this out!
