Nicely worn trail with beautiful views, several different bridges, creeks, benches along the way if you need to rest, and not overly crowded. I only passed 3 people during my walk (on a Sunday afternoon). I wouldn't necessary rate this as "easy" because when I think of easy trails, I think of ones that older/elderly people can walk, or those who are beginners. There were several parts throughout the trail with pretty steep inclines and declines that an older person, or a beginner might have to over exert themselves. However, if you take your time, and go when the weather isn't too warm, it's not that bad of a walk.

Nicely kept trails with a variety of beautiful scenery, great walkways, and neat bridges that have great views of the water. There are numerous trails with varying degrees of distance and difficulty. The only reason I didn't rate this a 5 is because of the traffic noise from the nearby highway; however, after a few minutes into the hike it seems to lessen. I highly recommend it. I also recommend going during the week day if you want to avoid crowds. I went on a Monday and it wasn't crowded at all.

There were a few interesting parts, but I've seen way prettier trails and I didn't have to pay to walk them. This trail is part of the Pea Ridge National Military Park and you have to pay $15 just to see any part of the trails or historical sights and the only house that still stands isn't open. You can go up to it, but can't walk through it. Other than that, not a whole lot to see other than open fields, some cannons, and wooden fences.

It's more like a short walk to look at the castle ruins (which are pretty cool); however, there are many hiking trails throughout and even a couple that lead away from the castle once you reach the top. Definitely beautiful views and worth the walk which is easy enough for the little ones or older folks too.

The path actually splits into 2 different directions, the right will lead you to the quarry and the left will lead you down to the cove. We walked down to the cove. The trail is pretty rough, rocky, slippery in spots, and steep. It's only about a mile, but I've walked 3 mile trails quicker! It is a very pretty trail with lots of different rock formations, wooded, and then of course the cove at the end, but this is definitely not for a beginner. The walk down is hard enough, but having to hike back up a steep incline for that long of a distance and with that rough terrain it makes it very difficult and exhausting! Be sure to wear appropriate hiking shoes for this trail.

This was a beautiful trail with a lot of history behind it. The trails are very well kept and easy to walk, the visitor center is interesting and educational. It is a little more crowded than what I prefer, but if you go during the week day there isn't a large crowd. There's several bridges that cross over springs and creeks, a large pond, homestead, and family graveyard. Plenty of places to sit and rest along the way too for those who can't walk long distances at a time. I would definitely go back again.

I will have to go back and walk the entire trail, as this was my second trail of the day so I only did one of the loops. You definitely need a map for this trail because it isn't just ONE loop... there are multiple ways to travel and it is a lot farther than 3.2 miles like this app states. I wasn't that impressed with the parts that I saw. There were trash and clothing laying about. You can tell they are working to clean it up and make it better, but its just not there yet... but maybe the other parts are prettier.
