Went all the way to the summit...about 1.5 feet of snow at the top...it slowed me down a decent bit but it was still doable with out an extra gear...just keep that in mind. Again, I’d like to reiterate that the second half of the trail is soooo much better than the first half...it’s got a whole different energy to it.

Nice short little trail. No snow or ice on the trail as off two days ago. Well worth the trip.

Went up it two days ago. Great views for such a short hike. Probably around 3 feet of snow but at the time that we went it was really solid so we we’re able to hike on the top of it though occasionally we would fall through a bit but we had good boots so it wasn’t too bad. Definitely would come back despite the snow.

One of my all time favorite hikes in Utah valley. Be careful at the fork because it is very easy to miss.

Pretty awesome drive...plenty of opportunities to get out and hike around. A lot of the land is BLM so you kinda have the ability to make a trail yourself. We scrambled up the cliff and it was awesome.

Super easy. Awesome hike with a great view at the end...although it was windy when we went so it got a little chilly up at the top.

Awesome hike...only able to go about .25 miles in the river because of some rain but it was just stunning.

Just stunning. Not too bad snow wise but there was a storm coming in after we left so it might’ve all changed. A must do if you’re in Bryce.

Pretty good views and definitely a must do if you come to Zion...however, do not attempt after doing angels landing

Absolutely awesome drive. We drove all the way to I-70 and it was gorgeous. Road was a little slick in the final descent towards the Swinging Bridge but we made it through okay. All in all this is an absolutely amazing drive with very few people in the way!!

Joshua Isaksen reviewed Lone Peak via Jacob's Ladder Trail (from Summer Trailhead)

Only went up to Lone Rock but the view was great there. Just so AllTrails users know, the road is closed for the season about a mile and a half before the trail head, so bear that in mind. Also the trail was quite muddy and slick towards the beginning of the ascent.

Tough hike but great view of both valleys.

Tough hike but once you get passed the Y, the view is absolutely spectacular and worth all the effort.

Still some snow on the trail so that made it a little bit more difficult but definitely worth it for the amazing view at the top.
