Fairly easy trail. Just uphill 90% of the way in. Coming out is a breeze. has a great view from summit. I went on a foggy day and the trail can seem spooky like a Stephen King novel. Paved parking at trailhead.

Great escape from city. Even though you are right in the middle of it being elevated makes it seem like you are on a different planet at time. Very clean and everyone seems friendly on there. Start and finish in Chelsea so you can visit the indoor market of the Food Network.

Pretty decent trail. Short but history laden. Museum is a must if you enjoy confederate history.

Great trail. But very challenging with a full backpack. The switchbacks by the bluffs are a bit of a challenge. But the scenery is great. Plenty of places to get a good view of the lake and to just chill out. If you look at my tracking you will see a part of the trail was skipped. It was only skipped in the recording since I stopped for a break and paused the recording only to realize it later down the trail.

Fairly easy route. Steep climb right out of North Trailhead. A lot of exposed tree roots. Great view and peaceful once you get to King’s Chair. Fairly easy hike out. Decided to skip Red-blue connector and go to orange connector so as to pass plane crash site. Nothing really to see. Took orange connector to Red road for feeder trail out to north trailhead. Red road is gentle downhill descent with a lot of gullies. Overall it was a good trail. Bring camera for great pics on overlooks.

Good trail. They have a 1, 2.5, 4, 7 and 11 mile trail. 7 mile one is pretty good. A few gradual climbs near the end but it moderately easy. A few places need trail markers because you have to choose which way to go. But it isn't that big of an area so it isn't much of a problem. A lot of tree roots on the 7 and 11 mile routes.
