Enjoyed more than angels landing. Strenuous from the get go. Started around 730 and finished by 1030...I think with about 30 break at observation point. the views throughout were fantastic. so many colors. definitely got busy on the way down...even saw a guy not wearing shoes. if you wanna start early get in line by 630 am for shuttle.

nice accent to the top. never had issues with the trail, the orange and white markers were helpful. a good challenge on the way up but more going down with the shale. take your time or you will fall! I did this hike early and was first to summit. not too many other hikers on this trail on a Weds. amazing views at the top!

Did this last Tuesday. If you want to see the amazing views with limited waits, take the first shuttle. that means get in line before 630 at the visitors center.even for a short hike, wear proper shoes and bring water! I was surprised the amount of people unprepared. the last .5 mile up wasn't as scary as thought. amazing views. Walters Wiggles was a blast going up! do remember people going up have the right of way....be patient going down.

Did this a couple days ago. Started at the upper TH. Very quiet, saw 1 other hiker. Visually stunning (except maybe the first 1.5 miles) especially the last mile to the lower TH. The first 5 miles or so are fairly easy. Able to complete the 13 mile or so round trip in 4 hours. Very exposed! Bring hydration and sunscreen. Trail is easy to follow. I always bring trekking poles but never used them on this trail. Maybe some class 2 depending on experience.

Paved pathway all the way through. Not shoveled/cleared during winter. You could come across deer, fox and on the rare occasion, a coyote/wolf. Good to take the dogs on a walk or a straightforward run in the day time. Closes at dusk.

I would rate this as easy for hiking. Scenic, but lack of significant elevation gain or scrambling made it a bit boring. I ran back the last 3 miles. Decently, marked trail, used the app once. Looks like a killer mountain bike trip. Will try the long Andy's Loop....looks interesting.

Short but strenuous in some areas especially right from the get go. Great views! Minor issues with following the main trail, maybe one cairn but nothing to be concerned. Going down from the summit was fine for the first half but last half was a bit slippery (dry and loose gravel). I had proper hiking boots and treking poles but still slipped a few times. I would bring some water, at least a liter...saw many who didn't bring anything. Sunscreen! Also, know your hiking manners! I was passing 2 young guys blocking the path, wouldnt move and were on the phone. Fortunately, they didn't ruin a great hiking experience!

Took tabeguache to moto to ravens ridge to kurts lane and back. Qualify this as easy. Found a trail I can run on the weekends. Some great views. Trail is well marked...used the app once for directions.

Did this hike back mid September last year. straightforward until 1/4 above treeline. got icy and a bit snowy. had to don microspikes. quads were buurrnniinnngg. vast wind gusts at the top, some shelter but not much. simply amazing views! 3L water was enough. trail was well marked.

Did this back in July last year. Super easy. Some decent views. Other trails present which you can go off of including disc golf. Right by White Mtn Rd = lots of car traffic, bring music.

Nice elevation gain in short span, but nothing too bad. Started early to beat the crowds. Only 2 people at the lake when I arrived. Beautiful, stunning and peaceful! On the way down, I passed by at least 100 people or so.

Lived in Big Spring for a couple months back in 2016. Used this trail for running. Not bad! Watch out for cars as many like to not follow the speed limits posted. Parking is limited. Some great views of Big Spring and beyond!

First 14er! Started sometime around 5:30 AM. Had some difficulty following the trail in the dark (with head lamp) and missed the 646A sign. Had to use the All trails app to help. Once on the right trail, no problems until the last 1/4 mile scramble d/t missing some cairns. Fun hike. Felt like I did millions of squats. Definetly felt the burn in some areas. Beatiful scenery. Of course loads of people at the summit. It is what it is. Parking for this trail is a bit bumpy, go at a snails pace especially in the dark!

Did this back in July 2017. Truly scenic and beautiful! Brutal stretch above treeline with wicked winds and some snow! Trail was straightforward. Awesome to be able to see Sedona and the Grand Canyon far in the distance from the summit. Lots of parking. Start early! I made it to the summit around 9ish and there were dark clouds everywhere. Passed by alot of people, started storming around 12:30, hopefully no one was caught in it. Bring snacks and proper hydration!
