Very mild until the steep .7 up the north. It is steep but there’s no rock scrambling or anything that exciting. The woods between the 2 peaks are nice. Nothing to rush back for but it’s checked off the to-do list

Was a fairly easy hike for the majority of the way. Incline starts at hermit falls and that’s where the fun hiking starts. I’m a rock and root lover. We were 4 hours with our group of 5, some new so the pace wasn’t crazy but they still did well. We spent a good half hour at the top takining fun photos. The top is a small opening over looking the pond, not a summit.n

Spectacular hike that hits 2 summits. A few rugged spots but not too bad. This description does not say that you walk over 1/2 mile into the pond before you hit the trailhead for the mountains. We clocked the total hike at 6.5 miles. Very easy walk into the pond and there is a trail around the pond for anyone who just wants an easy day. Not sure what the mileage around the pond would be.

This is such a great hike and climb. At 5’3, I work for this summit! What a thrill. Took 5 hours with some photo stops and snack. Good pace but not in a rush. A must do if you enjoy a challenge with amazing views.

This is quite a hike from Main Lodge to the Summit. Decent terrain but quite a steady up hill incline up the ski trails as you can imagine, approx. a mile and a half near as I can find info on. Once at the top the views are incredible. It's then 1.7 over to the horn and 1.7 back. This section is much more difficult terrain with ledge and rock climbing. More like true hiking especially for that elevation. Took aN hour over to the horn and an hour back and we are decent hikers. The whole day took us 5 hours, stopping for lots of photos, laughing and catching our breath.

Incredible day for a hike. This is a very moderate hike. There are no tricky Boulder climbs or edge spots. Great trail to top and the views were stunning. We went up Wentworth and took Guinea Pond trail down which is not recommended. We hiked it back up and continued down Wentworth. This is strictly an in and out hike. Time frame is probably about 2.5-3 hours for in and out depending on speed. Hard to gauge time because we thru in the extra 3.5 miles going up and down Guinea which added to our day.

Hiked the loop trail today. Great trail, well marked, don't attempt if you are not In shape. The chimney is so neat and the views are incredible.

Hiked the FireWardens trail. Easy first mile or so then the terrain gets rocky. Still easy in hiker language. 2.5 miles trailhead to summit. Took 2hr 20 min round trip with an inexperienced friend.

This is a great 3 peak climb. Great trail. A bit rooty, rocky, lots of ledge. You should be good on your feet if you are going to hike this. It's not a simple walk on a manicured path. We went off trail and bushwhacked and free climbed the rocky face of Gilmore. Was definitely an adventurous day.
