Beautiful trail throughout. Saw two moose right off the trail within 10 minutes of starting the hike. Recommend liberal use of bug spray.

Stunning trail. Absolutely worth the effort.
    1. Go early. We started at 5:30 am and had the trail almost to ourselves. Parking lot was half full by the time we arrived.
    2. Bug spray is your friend.
    3. Close to the top you come to a large rock field and the continuation of the trail is hidden. Stay to the right hand edge of the rock field looking up mountain. Just step 5-10 feet out onto the rock field and look back over your right shoulder and you will see the trail switchback continue away from the rock field.
