This review is for Seniors! Proceed clockwise. Get the steep part done first. When finally descending the ridge, be careful it is steep and rocky with lots of loose rock.
I would rate this a 4.5 hardness for seniors. Our group averaged 70 yo. For some it was pushing their limits.

The correct way to get into see the Petroglyphs is through the King Anvil Ranch off of Arizona 286 at mile post 37.7. To get permission you must sign in at the Arizona F&G sign in as this area is a hunting area under agreement with the state. Pickup the permission tag and head out! You then follow the road to the first Direct Access sign on your right. Follow that for 7.1 miles to the Mendoza Corral. Park and follow the track I uploaded.
The petroglyphs are about 2.3 miles from the corrals. The petros are on the mountain side and some can be seen from down below others you need to scramble over the rocks to see.

Followed the track as downloaded but soon came to a fence with several signs "Private Property" No trespassing We respected the signs and did not cross over t continue the hike. Also the road directions are not the best and leads you down a barely visible road. we turned around and came in another way that was longer but easier on the sides of our vehicle. My recommendation is respect the property and signs and do not enter. We will attempt to find owner and seek permission.
