    Will take your breath away.
Best to hike early to mid October before the leaves are falling. I would recommend taking the hard trail up and come back the same side but with the easy trail this time. Coming back on the other side will be walking several KM on loose rock on a straight paths with only a 90 degree angle. Difficult on the ankles to come back on that side of the mountain.

Oh wow! What a beautiful location and walk for any time of the day. It gets better after sun down with the restaurants and shops lighting their patios. You won't want to miss the sunrise and sunsets.

Beautiful location, especially in the early morning for the sunrise and seeing the cruise liners coming the Halifax port. Dog Friendly off leash before 9am I believe. Trails are well groomed and water view on three sides of the park.

Been there in search of three caves.
Found two along Rockpile Road called Howes cave.
Won't disappoint but bring lots of water cause the refueling area are scarce.

Not the best trail in the park since over 1/3 is the road leading to the boat drop off.
Trail is often closed for renovations over the years it seems.
Have been sticking to the regular trails from the park but for those of you competitionists then enjoy.

No lookouts until the very top.
Only one running stream which I would not recommend drinking out of.
Would have been nice to have more clearing on top to have a view of the windmill farms.
From Hayward road the climb start immediate with two to three short flat areas.
Best to do with Trek Poles.
