Could definitely use more directional trail markings.

Lots of people going around erosion control instead of following it. Trail is getting wide with lots of social cut thrus. Could drive a pickup truck on a lot of it. Still one of my favorite hikes though.

There are playgrounds, pavilions, gazebos, picnic tables, and benches, but I wouldn't bring my family here. There was a homeless guy living in the far pavilion, a group of thug teenagers presumably looking for crime since they weren't in school, trash, and misc loitering which didn't appear to be recreational. I rushed back to my car.

Front half is cement, back is gravel with weed block underlayment. Look for mint growing alongside the back trail. It was smelling strong on my walk.

Mostly sandy trail, a few roots and pebbles. Most of the trail is tranquil but there's 100 feet that go alongside a road. People have made a social trail cut-thru to bypass the noise. I marked bugs for knats that hovered in front of my face most of the hike.

All paved. I saw at least one official dirt trail, which I didn't try.

Pretty nice dirt path for a populated area, but there's a lot of dead trees. When they fall, someone is cutting them up and moving them, but twice on my walk, two different, standing, dead trees dropped crippling (deadly?) branches from 75 feet high. I wasn't able to enjoy the walk after the second. It also parallels a utility run, which makes the creek feel like the runoff from a water treatment plant.

Nice if you like pavement and weeds for scenery I guess. Maybe a nice walk if you're there for a sports event or need an accessible path.

This is not a trail. It's a bit of sidewalk that happens to connect some picnic tables together for people visiting the bridge and spillway. Part of the map is a social trail into private property that's been blocked by a giant pile of brush cause you're not supposed to be back there. Another part is a service road for the maintenance team to conveniently empty trash barrels around the bridge.

Some spots starting to washout behind the playground.

I've camped here. It's a nice campground with places to fish from shore. Maybe not the best to find good trees for hammocks. It is not a place to hike. I think someone hiked on the shore when the lake was low, during a drought. That's not a trail.

Really well traveled. Most of the trail is wide enough that 4 people could walk side by side. Rock scramble at the end to see the whole falls. Mostly shaded all the way. Lots of free parking and a pit toilet in the lot.

The west part of the north loop by hard times appears to be a long social trail. The cutover back to hard times is overgrown and easy to miss.

The first quarter mile has a bunch of rain runoff ruts in the open sun. It gets into a shaded space next to Taylor Creek.
