The must hike trail in Bryce Canyon National Park. This offers the views that make Bryce Canyon Bryce Canyon. The trail offers up a mileage of "1-11 miles" which is great for the various skill levels that make up National Park visitors. There are quite a few steep inclines at points but nothing too difficult. At the end of the day this is one of the most tourist filled stretches of the park so you may have to wait at points to get a good picture but its well worth it.

Has some nice views of the canyon lands below but overall is just a walk in the forest. If you're hurting for time this is a great one because its so short and shallow.

Nice view of the creek and waterfall but the grotto itself was rather disappointing. The trail is hard packed dirt from years of heavy use with some inclines but nothing too difficult for anyone. Overall I would suggest spending more time in the area on a different trail.

Pretty standard Phoenix area trail. Obviously bring plenty of water and sun protection! One thing to note is that this trail leads into another trail not marked on AllTrails at this time so watch your mile marker unless you want to continue further. The turn around spot isn't marked so its easy to miss.

    Short and boring

I've made this drive quite a few times living in Flagstaff and hiking in Sedona. I honestly hate this drive because 99% of the time people in the other lane will be straddling the line because they simply aren't paying attention to driving in the least. I'm honestly surprised there aren't more deaths on this road due to the fact that no one seems to care about safety as much as the view.

That all be said it is a beautiful drive with some relatively nice views...for the passenger!

A small but great little trail around Frye Mesa Reservoir. One of the few places you can legally fish for Gila Trout. The road to the trail is relatively difficult to navigate and downright impossible if you have a lower clearance car. The parking lot is also a great staging point for more hikes on this side of Mt. Graham.

Pretty nice trail for the most part, that being said there are definitely some parts that can get a bit boring as you near the end. It flattens out and becomes nothing more than a walk near the lake. But for Arizona how often do you get to walk next to water?

Not really a trail as much as it is a path to the Paria Canyon Trail.

A simple stroll really, as others have mentioned the trail is often hard to follow due to erosion but it is hard to get truly lost. The trail is a pretty typical look at Desert River passageways with cottonwoods and low laying grasses. The trail does not get that exciting until the turn around point which can be disappointing to those who don't want to hike the full length or those who simply don't have time to hike it.

Of the walking trails on Alcatraz this isn't exactly the most exciting but seeing as the island is so small you can easily explore all the trails with no issue.

Fun trail, as always bring water this is an Arizona trail after all. The first half is a rather gradual incline as you make your way along a forested trail the runs next to a small creek. Once you reach mile mark 1.2 you will swing south and walk along some gorgeous views of the Tucson area, much of it can barely be made out from this altitude but if you plan it right with some flash lights the city lights look great. In the last 3rd of the trail it starts making its way back to the parking area with lots of switch backs and loose sand/stone so be careful. All in all this is an amazing trail and I highly recommended it to anyone in the area.

Small little loop showing off the various plant life commonly seen throughout the park. As far as hikes go there is nothing to do here due to the side but if you are interested in local flora I would recommend the trail which has a lot of really great informational plaques throughout the loop.

Gravel two-track around Kens Lake Dam. Great for fishing but a relatively boring hike around the man-made lake. The view of the Lasal Mountain range is gorgeous though and unlike most of Moab there are relatively few people.
