Hiked this trail all the way to Lobo Peak and WOW. There was snow and the perfect amount! The views are really amazing and God’s glory is definitely shown out here, definitely Recommend this hike and especially to Lobo!

Trail was ok, was definitely expecting a little bit more. It could be because of the winter season and everything was dry. Also kind of lost the trail at the end and ended up just climbing straight up the mountain to get to the peak.

The trail was great but you better be good at navigating around off the trail. Towards halfway of the trail you lost site because of fallen trees everywhere. Be sure to expect delays but the end and getting to the lake is well worth it.

Great trail and for me it was better in the winter. Usually this place is suppose to be swamped with snow but right now it was just right!

This trail was awesome. The views were incredible a little cold but we hiked it in December no big deal. The top of the trail was definitely the hardest! If you are trying to come in the winter make sure you prepare for some cold weather and high winds up top! Loved it overall.

First of all there are some awesome campsites all throughout the loop trail. The campsites were really good for us and some by the water for quick access. That being said the trail is more than 28 miles. We were tracking it and it rounded around 31 total miles. The scenery was ok nothing amazing and the trail was straight up and down it really didn’t do much for the both of us. Good trail but not great and make sure your in good hiking shape or else you’ll have a tough hike throughout!
