As easy or hard as you would like to make it. Follow the Red Markers for a slightly easier hike to the waterfalls and the Blue for a nice challenging one. We started on the Blue and finished on the Red. I cut it short due to rain coming but it was a nice hike and nice scenery along the way. Definitely one to do!

This was a hard hike due to the recent 20" snowfall so thank goodness for snowmobiles as they packed the snow down enough to make hiking possible. We didn't see another sole on the woods except for two snowmobiles on the way back. This would have been a great time to snowshoe through here. Was a gorgeous winter hike and pretty good exercise.

This is a great area. I did a short hike as the wind was blowing and it was brutal cold but this looks like a pretty nice place to explore. The water is nice and there are some cool rock formations. Give it a try!

This is a great hike and can be as easy or hard as you like it. Hike up the Rocks via the Blue and White trails for a bit more exercise or stick to the road for an easy Family hike. Views from the Castle are awesome and this is a must do hike.

Found this trail on a post located here on great hikes in Rhode Island:

    https://trailsandwalksri.wordpress.com/category/frosty-hollow/

This is a moderate hike through the Arcadia Wildlife Management Area. For full instructions of the hike see the above link. It covers several different trails and requires some attention to blazes and instructions. Start the hike at Frosty Hollow Pond Fishing Area parking lot in Exeter:

Leave 3-4 hours for this hike as you will want to explore some of the abandoned camps along the way.

Great hike but from what I read only in the off season. I went in January and there was all kinds of parking, no crowds, and gorgeous scenery. Not many people but most of those that were there had dogs and what a great place for dogs! Wide open beach for them to run and burn off steam. I walked the entire perimeter and it is a relatively easy hike. Even saw a few seals from the point at the end. Highly recommended especially in the off season.
