Very lovely and easy hike. There is a smell from the poluted river for a little bit, but it passes after a bit. There are quite a few cow pies and the trail was a bit confusing to me with the creek. If you stay on the rocky/cliff side of the creek, there's a very tight, but good trail for avoiding the creek. According to All Trails, the trail ends at a sign that says, "Private Property." It actually continues for quite a while, eventually becoming Divide Trail 717.

Lovely trail with beautiful views and great places to stop and hang out. Just one thing -- Please keep your dogs on leash!! The number of times I had to ask people to leash their dog was annoying... and I had a leashed dog with me.

There's no trail head where this map indicates. There's a TINY spot to pull off, but it's not safe. You can't park across the highway in the median, so there's really no way anymore.

I'm rather bummed as it looks like a cool place to explore, but you can't get to it. At least with the way this describes to get there. All other ways to get up there look illegal.

Nice hike with lovely views. The uphill section at the beginning gets a bit tiring if you're not in the best of shape, but it's worth it.

As someone who is hiking for both entertainment and exercise, this is a perfect hike. It's a fairly steep incline once you get to the base of Red Mountain. It's tiring, but not the worst. The views are worth it.

Note, All Trails directs you to park at a trail head off Spring St. You're not allowed to park here anymore and will get towed. Parking along Ruxton is paid parking/for residents. I recommend using the free parking and Incline shuttle since the trail heads aren't too far apart.

Going counter clockwise on this trail is the hard way. The switchbacks were rough, but definitely gave me the workout/hike I was looking for. A very great trail with amazing views of both the mountains and the city. Bring lots of water.
