Pretty trail, very easy to walk. You park off the side of the highway and immediately come to a fork one along the road and one by the river, they quickly merge into one. It looks like private property but eventually turns into Public. Beautiful small waterfalls that fall down into the trial. Good for dogs. Depends what you are looking for, would Recommend for an easy low key trail with dogs or kids.

Beautiful! Certainly strenuous going uphill we went when it was drizzling so it was a bit wet. Some slippery parts. We brought our dog and he seemed to handle it fine. I wouldn’t recommend bringing a dog unless on a harness or if he/she is very well behaved. (Mine is a little crazy and almost pulled us downhill)

It’s really pretty if you go to the upper pools, there are a lot of people and kids who almost knock you over coming up. Beautiful sights the whole way up the upper pool is breathtaking. Please remember not to go in the pools as it is a source of water for the wildlife

Really cool trail with lots of beautiful sights, we went a little past cedar ridge and stopped at a little flat area on the way to skeleton point. Took us from 9:45 to 1PM round trip about an hour 15 back up. Don’t over estimate yourself as coming back up was really tough

We did this for an easier walk the day after a more strenuous trial. The views are absolutely breathtaking. You walk a flat road trail with lots of trees up to the canyon, there are spots with tables and a bathroom, if you can bring lunch it would be a great place to eat. You’ll see an area you can continue to walk up, there is a big rock in the middle of you walk out there are the most incredible 365 degree views of the canyon we encountered only 2 or 3 people. A must do if you have some extra time and and to avoid lots of people. I wouldn’t bring kids with you out to the point as it is extremely dangerous but really cool and worth if it you trust yourself
