it was by far the hardest hike I've done. but the reason is that I wasn't in shape when I did this hike. it was quite steep for me and long. but unfortunately when I submitted the mountain, it was cloudy. but it's definitely one of my biggest achievements especially that I wasn't in shape during that time. also did the via ferrata before descending

I would recommend this trail those seriously looking for flat tummy and reduce belly

Is it should be Saga Hill? Never heard Saha Hill. I'm residence nearby

I often train here for trail run for hiking or Marathon for endurance. It's help me win quite many races. Nice to run/hike few loops here. Hikers here all very nice and helpful

Interesting maze of trails, therefore unable to say if I perfectly followed the route. But not to worry, you won’t get lost with so many (not signposted) trails. Some steep climbs and declines, but the views from the city make it worthwhile. Can be accessed from several sides.

Easy climb then right into flat jungle, arrive top of construction project, walk back through the site. Big drop close to the end.

First 1 km is a broad dirt road then reduces to a single track. Gradient easy and surface good but after 2.5km many trees are down and at about 3km we gave up trying to scramble through the branches and u turned. The first 2.5km would be good on MTB.

Definitely a fun thing to do when you're near the tower. Instagram and Pinterest really hype this place up. It's cool but not like WOW! The fee is worth it but some of it is a little misleading compared to social media. It's hard to explain but definitely should check it out if you are in the area. Not worth it if it's your sole stop for the trip.

This cave is super cool. There is a market at the bottom of the cave to get food and some random souvenirs. Random notes: 1. You do not need to take off your shoes 2. It's okay to take pictures just be mindful of people praying 3. No inappropriate clothing, I.e. no shoulders showing, no short skirts, shorts, dresses, etc. they lend (for a fee) shawls if you don't meet the criteria so if you forget no biggie.

A trail from Rosvilla to Bintang Point towards the Desa Park City Water tank and down towards the underpass below the PLUS highway. Then a kampung walk to cross over to TTDI before getiing into the fringes of Kiara and crossing over the Penchala Tunnel and exiting at Ayuria Condo. Trail is unmarked, only go with a trail map and consider carrying a parang to clear undergrowth.

Did this for my 40th birthday as it had always been on the list. A really wonderful yet challenging hike. It is pretty relentless both up and back, and with the high humidity level was very sweaty. Sadly we missed the via Ferrata and peak at sunrise as it started raining at 1am so they shut the gate. Still the view from the camp above the clouds was spectacular and I’m glad I did it.

Incredibly challenging 3 day hike. Day 1 and Day 3 are the same 9km in and out through relatively flat jungle. You are dropped off by boat and make your way to base camp. Day 2 is a geographically very short, scramble up limestone with and elevation gain of about 1.2km over the 2.4km distance. If you don’t make the checkpoints by the cut-off times you can’t continue. It is well worth the challenge though. Take heaps of water and a change of socks.

A 2 day hike with a stay over in Laban Rata camp before heading off early in the morning to catch the sunrise at Low’s Peak. Beautiful journey thru rainforest with a constantly changing environment, in which plant and animal life varies with changes in elevation. Climbing up Mount Kinabalu and you may notice that the temperatures get colder, tree species change or disappear altogether, and the plants and animal species are different than those found on lower ground. It’s difficult and requires a seasoned hiker or someone whose has been training for the hike.
