The trail was lovely and quite a few things to discover. I especially enjoyed the beautiful rock formations along the way. The trail is dog friendly but parts were very muddy and several trees had fallen on the path and made it sometimes a bit difficult to cross.

We did this route in 2 days, walking between 10 am to 5 pm, starting at scheidgen, staying at camping maartbüsh, dinner at berdorf, long lunch at Echternach in the second day, finishing at 5 pm the second day. We had to run a bit at the end to avoid darkness. Route was great!

Great trail, did the full hike a few times since it's not too far away. Signing is great and easy to find. Great for training height deviations

Cette partie sud, est avant tout tournée sur le déambulement entre les rochers, bonnes chaussures et vêtements non salissants requis. Failles énormes, magnifique.

Amazing trail with beautiful scenery. Did my ride in the autumn. Leaves covered the trail but still it was very clear where to go because of the good signage. The climb to Berdorf is a tough one but the decent is worth the effort x 10. It's a bit of downhill in a gorge with some small natural berms. The climb to Beaufort is much more forgiving and follows a beautiful stream with waterfalls.

Loved the hike we took. It was long but worth it. Beautiful and quite a few nice people to pass on the way there

nice hike, spectacular nature. Only streetnoise is a bit pitty..... did the full trail of 36 km, a little bit to much for me. (little experience) took us about 8,5 hour

We began this trail at Berdorf; Hiked the western half of this trail before walking highway 137 back to Berdorf. In total this ended up being 11.5 miles but still shorter than the 32km trail.

A beautiful trail, best walked in August imho. amazing rock formations in a deciduous forest. lots of little streams with ice cold water to cool off. During the weekend parts are crowded with tourists, on weekdays it's pretty quiet

deviates off the path sometimes but looks like it was just a gps error, the trail is well signposted anyway :) there is currently a detour around the canyon route just after berdorf, which takes you over the top instead of through the valley. not sure how long this will stay

Beautiful trail + came across a party in a cave. 10/10

Amazing hike. Mushrooms litter walkways along streams and rocks that are covered with vibrant greens. Massive boulders. It’s like something out of a child’s book. I went in October as was perfect.

Only hiked a part of it as we were taking our time and being lazy vacationers. In July, we went from Mullerthal to Hersberg and stopped by Consdorf along the way. We also walked to see Bildchen. It was a lot of fun! We have no regrets. We were worried about the trail after the flooding but the repair work was very good and we were thankful they had worked so hard. The rocks are fun to walk among and through. It was an excellent adventure. Everything was well marked, the weather was perfect for hiking, and we appreciated the shuttle back to our car. We would like to plan a whole trip around hiking this area one day. Surprisingly, we were never sore from the hike. The trail actually seemed pretty easy to us and we have basically no experience hiking. The only drawback is at the beginning, going out of Mullerthal, you will follow the road for awhile and have noise pollution. Still very much worth it.
