Great easy paved trail, would recommend to anyone I know.
Beautiful! Wasn’t very crowded today.
[3/7/21] - highly recommend doing this hike if you are coming to Zion. We rented bibs, shoes and a stick from Zion Outfitters. Highly recommend if you want the best experience. Don’t skip out on the walking stick. It was used multiple times to keep our balance while in the water. We would also recommend taking a private shuttle (Red Rocks Shuttle) so you can beat the crowds. Since we started early, it was about 40 degrees and we had a jacket and gloves on. The water was about 37 degrees so make sure you wear some pants under your bib. Once you get to Wall Street, we had to turn around because the water was up past our chest. Before that point, it was only up to our waist at some spots. Enjoy!
After Angels Landing and a picnic lunch break at the Grotto we wanted to explore a bit more. We did this trail and actually made it a loop connecting to the Sand Bench Trail to get to Court of the Patriarchs then went up to the lodge on the road. Saw a lot of deer and there was almost no one on the Sand Bench Trail (amazing for a Saturday afternoon!). Got cheeseburgers at the lodge which I can't recommend enough after 10 miles of hiking!
Lots of great scenery. Completed the trail round trip in about 2 hours. Saw deer and sheep along the way.
solid hike! a good amount of scrambling, so bring good shoes. poles might have been helpful coming down but optional
So many people but if youre able to climb a few waterfalls youll end up in a peaceful spot
A nice walk but absolutely flooded with tourists.
If you’re looking to hike/explore Zion this isn’t it- but it’s nice if you’re looking for a flat easy trail or to walk a dog!
September had water waist high in some areas- perfect weather!
Nice scenic and worth it
Pavement all the way
not bad pretty steep in
narrow but lively, amazing views, and a little waterfall.
