This was a good moderate hike: not too easy, not too hard. Definitely worth the views at the top. This is not the hike to do in Zion if you’ve never done Angel’s Landing or The Narrows, or some of the other more famous hikes. But this is definitely a beautiful hike.

It's a fine hike which would deserve 5 starts except that you are in Zion and there are nicer ones to do for 3 miles. Still worth it.

There is much nicer walks in Zion. Also, you'll have a decent view from weeping rock if you do the beginning of east rim

Considering what is around, I'd say skip this. Go to observation point (which is longer and harder but much better). I added it as extra miles to cap the day, but I don't think I've reach the true end of this hike - you need to scramble after some point.

I was a bit disappointed by this one. I was expecting a great view, but it was only "alright". I went there for sunset, but nothing spectacular. Also, this is NOT a moderate hike - it's easy. I did this in sandals after a 25 miles-ish day. Also, if you come by car from the valley, the parking is immediately after the tunnel to your right - don't miss it! Overall, it's worth stopping if you drive by, but not worth making the detour.

It was a beautiful drive up to the trail! The trail itself was short and sweet. Great view.

Loved the hike. Amazing views going up. Thinking of it as a good prep hike for Angels Landing

A very short (0.5 miles) and easy hike. There is a cool (temperature) resting area at the top which would be nice in a hot day - water is dripping out of the rocks at the top, hence the name of the trial.

A challenging hike for sure not because of the length of the trial but the elevation and the narrow paths on the cliffs. But it is so worthwhile and memorable!

We arrived at the trailhead which is just after you exit the tunnel. There are only 10 parking spots and we were fortunate that just as we drove in a car was leaving allowing a place for us. The hike was easy and very interesting with rock overhangs above us. At the end of the trail the vista of the canyon open to a spectacular view. On the walk back we were fortunate to see a young mountain sheep grazing right on the trail, it was a wonderful experience.

Easy, short hike with views at the end, but super crowded with mostly non-serious hikers. Would avoid if you are doing any other more difficult hikes with the same views. If you have difficulty doing strenuous hiking, then this trail is a good option, but recommend starting early to avoid crowds.

Great views not too strenuous

Did this hike the afternoon we got intoZion. Not too hard but definitely worked up a sweat. Beautiful view and walking access from the visitors center.

short thou steep! worth it .

love this one too..you got to experienced the "chain" and drop off..just be careful and you be okey.

this is one of my favorite trail...short thou steep and various areas exposed to cliff..pls kids be careful especially when its wet from the rain. the view was amazing of course!

This side of the tunnel was a bit tricky for parking for a sunset hike, but we eventually found a spot after a couple of u-turns. The trail is short, easy, and we saw a large group of big-horned sheep on the canyon wall opposite of the trail. The view is probably the best one in Zion canyon you’ll get with the least amount of effort.

We enjoyed this hike more so than Angel's Landing. It was our favorite among 8 trails we did. Exploring far back into the canyon is a must. There is quite a bit of sand making the chains necessary from slipping and honestly this hike seemed more of a risk of falling than Angel's Landing. Don't let this prevent you from going.

Loved this trail. It has a few switch backs and is at a pretty steady incline, however it does level off and I never felt exhausted or too out of breath. At the top is a wonderful panoramic view of the west side of Zion. I personally would stop at the overlook next time, because I felt like the loop at the end did not provide any views or anything that I hadn’t already come across at the overlook, but if you want more exercise go for it! Overall a wonderful and short trail. Took us roughly 1.5 hours round trip.

We took this back from Emerald pools as well. It was a great way to see more of the landscapes of Zion, rather than doing an out and back.

great little trail with running water, birds and flowers. at the top is a wonderful view and a short loop that offers another view point and the curls around back to the top.

easy hike with wonderful views and a few surprising features along the way, took this trail to the lower emerald pools. definitely a high traffic trail.

neat little walk, interesting to find out why/how the rock is weeping (info is on a placard right before you go up the stairs)

We did this trail in the morning. The views were beautiful. The trail is rocky with dirt but no large rocks to climb up. It was busy but not overcrowded.
I found this trail doable and the Archaeology Trail which is listed ad easy not so much. The Archaeology Trail has a very steep, rocky downward incline. I watched someone go up but almost could not get down.
I would suggest walking sticks.
So I loved this trail! Wear your hikers use your walking stocks and go!
Enjoy!

The canyon was a fun surprise!

Great and challenging hike. No view really at the top if you stay on trail. I was told if u scramble back off trail there is an arch. The pest part of the hike for me was facing my fear of heights and pushing myself on the way up.
