So many mud pots. It's my first time to see the boiling mud. Very cute.

It's not as large as the lower fall but still deserve to come to see.

Woooo! It's so cool to see the fall just beside it. I'm shocked by the beauty and sound. Fortunately I also see rainbow here. Two rainbows!

Actually I don't think this fall is as good as many other falls in Yellowstone, while the trail is very short and won't consume many time.

The grand Grand Prismatic Spring is certainly one of the most deserve to see in the Yellowstone. However, It's too large to see the whole prism besides it. I suggest to hike both this trail and the other trail going to the mountain besides the prism and see it from above.

Trail is nicely maintained. There is not a lot to see- rather uneventful. Mosquito’s bad at end of lake.

The views were phenomenal!

Beautiful and well maintained trail. We turned around so we did not have to walk on the highway otherwise it was nice and easy trail.

This was our first loop / home at Yellowstone, an excellent way to start. Relatively short and super informative, many interesting features to see.

everything is beautiful. it's all on a different scale of beauty

Great views!

Fairly strenuous hike with mediocre views and a boring thermal area at the top.

I did trail in July 2017. Interesting views and unique perspective of the falls. Stairs, stairs and more stairs.

Great workout in and out of the canyon!

Cut this one short despite cool temperatures due to the mosquitoes. Very isolated and pretty views of the lake. Might do it again with bug spray but pretty intolerable once you start getting close to the lake.

Easy descent down to the falls or down the short trail off to the right to get down near the river. Beautiful views of both the falls and the river. Tends to be a little crowded throughout the day but overall incredible up close sights to see

It’s supper easy. The view isn’t a great as the lower falls in my opinion. But it’s still beautiful.

We had to abandon the ice lake walk because we went anti clockwise and walked straight into a swamp about 10 mins in. If you go the right way then could be a muddy end. If you have got walking boots on it won’t matter too
Much.

This was a nice walk. A lot of people complain about the smell. It’s not pleasant by any means but It didn’t bother me. Maybe I just happen to be there on decent afternoon. There was several bison on the trail to see as well. And I mean up and close.

Nothing too exciting. Steep switchbacks on the way back up and way too many tourists climbing under the barricades and signs posted stay on trail. Lots of disrespectful families which is disappointing

This trail will kick your butt if your not in good shape. Its an interesting feeling climbing down and back up hundreds of metal stairs with the feeling "This could break at any moment". I really enjoyed the memory of this hike. Amazing photo op at the bottom of the falls.

TH is located in the middle of a science/lab space within Yellowstone. service road makes for a nice meandering 2 miles in and a great 2 miles out. The hike down (and subsequently back up) to the falls is strenuous... but well worth it. one of the most amazing waterfalls I've ever seen!

The trail was great and just what we needed after being in the car for a couple of hours! Beautiful scenery!

my snap vid didn't save of this :(

If you consider this a hike with the view as the payoff it is worth the effort, if you are going for the thermal activity there are better attractions that are much easier to get to.

We started this trail at Artists Point as the early part of the trail is closed for reconstruction. The first mile is along the Grand Canyon and has to be seen to believe. Incredibly beautiful , if somewhat scary if you have a problem with heights. Then it veers off right via Clear Lake though mostly wooded areas which had a lot of fallen trees and muddy areas due to recent heavy rainfall to be negotiated. Hiking poles a big help. Our trip there & back totalled 8km , enjoyable but the first mile makes the trail.

I just thought this one was ok. There are crowds and a ton of switchbacks and felt like view was just ok. I'd recommend viewing falls at higher overlook off loop.

Nice easy trail with several views but noticed some people not paying attention and nearly pushed some people off the boardwalk. Crowded so go early.

Remarkably beautiful shirt switchback trail with active small brook on one side and large river at the bottom.

It's raining and there wasn't a soul on this trail! it was quick and easy. the water is flowing!
