Great place for trail running.

Unlike the title, this trail is open however as it's hunting season you should wear blaze orange.

I love this trail. Nice expansive woods with varying terrain. Light foot traffic so it a good one to avoid crowds in Southern Maine.

Enjoyed this hike. Steep going up but ladders & cable was anchored very well.

Loved this place! And so did my dog! It connects up with other trails. Definitely wear some good water-resistant foot gear!

Love this little hike! Great view at the top and the trail goes through the woods, over a charming bridge across a babbling brook and expands into an open granite top. This is great for kiddos and dogs.

It has a nice view at the top but there is a lot of broken glass and some trash, too. We encountered 3 dirt bikers and a group of 4 wheelers, as well. It's just an okay hike.

Beautiful, easy walk. Swimming, biking, and dog walking.

Amazing views from the top between trees with wonderful fall foliage. Not a lot of space at the top for picnic, but we find a little one to enjoy the view. Very steep, but extensive and nice to hike. Lovely waterfall on the way back.

Beautiful view of the river, places to swim.

great hammock spot and many wildflowers

I've been following the mill brook all my life.now their is a nice path..very nice.and good job.

Enjoyed it. Not really technical but a good trail run. Very runnable both out and back.

Really fun trail with lots of side trails. Dog loved it. Not too many people on a Friday afternoon.

There is a new parking lot on Rte 35 between Rte 237 and the railroad track. Fox Run is just a few yards behind the lot.

nice hike Ringo loved it.

Local favorite. My dog enjoys this walk tremendously! Absolutely beautiful in all seasons.

Favorite best kept Portland secret. Dogs can run off leash and swim in the river.

Seem good

Have hiked this mountain several times!!! Love the new Sherwood Libby Trail on the Limington side of the mountain, its in the woods and you go by several rock walls. This is a a newer trail and it's very easy to follow, marked really good. Not a great view at the top but overall a nice hike.

Not my favorite hike. It was mostly wooded and more of a nature walk than a hike (nice but not what I was expecting). The views at the peak were limited but pretty. Might hike again someday to check out the waterfall and explore a little more. I wouldn’t recommend this trail for running as the trail has lots of little rocks.

great hike up to a spectacular view. nice rocks at the top to sit on while you enjoy the views. the path is difficult to find, but once you do, it's easy to follow.

if you are hiking, don't waste your time here. 2.5 mile in and out on an ATV trail. Millions of nats up your nose and in your ears. Off will not help with these. Nothing to see except for an old mattress.

Great hike! Lots of small lookouts with beautiful view. Definitely not meant for trail running, steep incline but with very well set up stairs most of the way. Beautiful view of a few waterfalls. No bugs this time of year!

Enjoyable hike but not much variety to it or views. Did find a bunch of different kinds of mushroom on the path and saw the occasional chipmunk and toads.

Really nice trail that has a couple of easy inclines here and there! Couple of places where I’m sure you could manage to take a dip on a super hot day or just stare at the tiny fishes in the water! Beautiful trail!

Fantastic! Easy to find with plenty of parking. All of the trails are clearly marked and even though it’s “1.6” miles you can easily make it longer adding more trails. We did 2.6 with the kids. Very kid friendly

Ran this with Rick Collins for spartan race training. Perfect for this!!
Tried taking kids and dog up and it was boring. It’s Jeep road with nothing to see. Until you get to the fire tower and that’s locked.

Over all it’s great because it’s good exercise and close by

Technical hills bookended by fast single track, Millbrook is a great “out and back” sprint workout. Footing and pace vary quite a bit depending on the weather and season, so you won’t get bored even with limited trail options. I’ve never felt “crowded” in fact I rarely see another person on the trail. The downside? Bring bug spray, and the parking situation/trail entrance is a bit strange.
