Took my seven and eight year old sons - the trail had lots of fun water stops and the water fall was approachable and beautiful.

Made it there this weekend, very pretty and private. Once you reach the falls the trail head goes up a hill to the left that is the trail to continue onto kiner hollow which there is another falls about .5 miles.

Sights were incredible! Definitely a one time stop for me. Tours are too close to each other which gives minimum space when going through the cave. Other than that, one must experience this at least one time when in Chattanooga!

pretty falls this am

first trail hike in quite a log time. not too difficult and saw alot of wildlife. good hike

Well worth the drive and a great hike for children. The swinging bridge and falls made it well worth the trip. We had a 70 year old and a 7 year old and the hike was enjoyable for all.

Overall an easy well graded trail, very nice drop onto a lower rock. No pool but a great mist and shower.

Great little hike with a beautiful waterfall as payoff. There are a few really muddy spots on the trail so make sure you have the correct shoes.

Lack of trail markings can make it a little confusing. The waterfalls are great and it’s a very easy little loop.

Nice little camp ground/ hiking and picnicking area.

Nice trails, main trails well traveled and wide; would have liked more blazes along the trail. Some overlooks were narrow and not well defined. Some had great views, others had views obscured by trees. Nice swimming near the nature center and suspension bridge. Very crowded after lunch - especially by the bridge and at the main falls. Get there early and you'll practically have the trails to yourself.

A 1.4 mile round trip, easy trail to a beautiful and quaint waterfall.

This is a beautiful hike to a waterfall.

Great easy trail, quick in and out, a good bit of hikers, fun rocks to climb and get great photos. M

Beautiful waterfall after a nice meandering moderate trail.

Very nice falls. The hike is short but there are plenty of other trails to hit while you’re there. We did a nice 7.2 mile loop. Go early to avoid the crowd.

Great hike. Took the kids (5 and 9) and parents. (mid-60s) Overall, a great challenge for the group with a rewarding view. I'd advise being aware of the conditions, as the rocks were very slick after the previous day's rain. Perhaps a dry afternoon would have been best for my crew!

kinda hiking but more like climbing down to the falls. it was fun. beautiful. hard climb down. turquoise water.

I have hiked this easy trail a few times but I always found that a lot of people wasn't aware of Little Moore Cove Fall nearby.

We were visiting the area, and several locals told us we had to make this hike. Midnight hike is the popular attraction, several people were swimming there, but the real beauty is Mouse Creek Falls. Be prepared, this hike is uphill the whole way there, and the trail gets pretty rocky.

tried to do trail but it's closed... you can call their phone and someone can update you if it's closed or not... if there is trees down they close park...fyi

Beautiful waterfall and overlook. Steep but doable. great spot for swimming.

The Gorge Overlook Trail, Woodland Trail, and Base of Falls Trails are actually three separate trails, though you can do them together. I don't know why All Trails insists on lumping them together!

Woodland Trail is out-and back, leaving from the Nature Center, which is currently under construction. Signage is spotty, but start by crossing the suspension bridge. Mileage according to the park website: .75 mi each way, for 1.5 mi total.

Gorge Overlook Trail branches off from and rejoins Woodland, with a few spurs. Published as .65 mi, not including the spurs.

Base of Falls Trail can be accessed from the Woodland Trail or the parking area on Scenic Loop Road. It is .4 mi each direction, for .8 mi total.

easy hike well traveled trail it was no one there when we arrived but quickly became crowded so go early.

This is a wonderful trail. The falls are great and the water is super cold… perfect after sweating your a$$ off hiking back to the car. The overlook at Eagle Bluff is awesome as well. At only 1.1 miles each way, I just wish it was longer.

Beautiful and Short!!!! Steep but doable!! My hiking sticks DEFINITELY helped me a lot!!! The falls is an amazing site and great area to swim!!

Loved this loop and this whole state park today!! I went with my two dogs and we had a blast exploring the park, the river, and all of the waterfalls. The loop gives options for how hard you want the hike to be. You can scoot your way up and down the hillside to get in the water, or you can walk around on more of the flat terrain. Absolutely want to go again!

This is a beautiful area. You can take a short, easy walk to the top of the falls, or you can make the relatively moderate hike down to the base of the falls and beyond. Very pretty and relaxing, with a swimming hole at the base of the falls.

Nice hike!! Pretty waterfalls!

This trail was good after some tougher trails earlier in the day. There was some up down but nothing crazy. The overlooks were amazing. One side did require you to scramble down some rock face to view the gorge. The view was awesome! It would be an amazing spot for a picnic. The nature center is at the beginning and end of this loop and is currently under construction. There was a lot of traffic at the beginning of the trail do to the swimming holes.
