It was a cold day for me but it's a easy walk. Great views of the structures and a waterfall. Grab a little brochure that tells you a bit about each stop. Great for historical learning.

Very easy trail. Great replicas of fossils found in this national park and it's history reading.

This trail is short and simple. Anyone can do it. Wouldn't really do it again because nothing too impressive compared to the other trails

Easy hike, interesting geology and history. Didn’t spend a whole lot of time as it was 13 degree wind chill!

Nice looped trail. I ran the Tree Molds Trail and then Broken Looped Trail for a total of 4 miles. It was in late May and it was warm, but it was neat to run around an inactive volcano. :)

Great information and reference about the rock layers and fossils. Short but very informative

A spectacular and unique adventure.

If you do Door then you can miss this one. Similar views. Kids liked running down the boardwalk and balancing their way back.

Easy warm up hike. Some nice views at the end. Easy for kids. We didn't see many people using the whole trail. We had the back 3/4 almost to ourselves.

If you went to the Visitors Center you can skip this.

Very beautiful trail. There is a fee of $7 per person.

Did the hike around the lake this past September. Very easy trail as it really gains nor loses any elevation at all. We went counterclockwise. Great views to the west at North Peak and Mt. Conness when you're on the eastern shoreline. A good starting point to do some hiking beyond into the back country too. On the walk back on the west shore you can see Mt. Dana in the distance. Great little day hike with awesome views all around.

So different and amazing.

Just for the updated information, we went there today and the general store and water taxi business are closed. There is a sign said for sale. Sad. But we did walk the trail around lake which is absolutely stunning.

This loop shows bronze replicas of fossils found in the Badlands. This was a good exhibit.

Simple walk to an overlook.

Mowed prairie grass trail with a small "cascading" waterfall about half way through. Was led by a cute black and white Australian shepherd farm dog. Don't expect a lot but perhaps bring a journal and stop and enjoy the solitude for a moment.

Enjoyed this trail and it's eclectic features! Totally kid-friendly and not hard. Bring your headlamp for the cave! :)

Awesome

just walked the dam... never seen so many 12" trout in one spot...

Loved it!

good for an educational walk; you learn a lot. it's wheelchair accessible and pretty short.

easy to follow, good for any age, waterfall was nice at the end.

peace and Solitude at the waterfall area. Go in the morning where you can handle the no shade hike and enjoy the waterfall area without too many bugs. Lots of birds singing

well marked traveled, heavily trafficked. do early morning when cool.

Quite easy trail

This is a board wAlked trail, no idea why it's labeled moderate on here. Very easy. BUT tons of opportunities to off trail explore. Saw some great wildlife.

I drove this from Victor to Ashton during the fires back in the 80's because the road was closed in Yellowstone. We wanted to get to the Firehole river swimming hole and this was the only way. Nice drive along the foothills of the Tetons
