Nice trail if you’re looking for something short and easy.

I was impressed with how far it was paved. Summer is not a good time to see a waterfall. It’s too hot and there’s only still water lol but it was a nice shady area to rest before I walked back.

HikingGreat!

This hike was SUPER easy. We wanted to hike it before the sun came up, but we didn't do our research before because they hike faces a different way than the sun comes up. It took like half an hour to get to the waterfall. Which was dried out because we went in June. Oh well. Still SUPER pretty views and overall a fun and easy hike!

The furthest I’ve been on this trail is just past the 3 mile marker. I love it because there’s very few people and it’s pretty difficult up until the 2 mile marker where it levels off and is very peaceful. It works its way back up on a pretty steep incline before reaching the 3 mile marker. I always see animals on this trail and hope eventually I can start early enough in the afternoon, although it’s very hot, where I can reach the 6 mile mark before heading back. So peaceful though.

Waterfall is seasonal, and while the petroglyphs are nice, the trail is very busy.

this is a fun hike with kids right after it has been raining for a while. unfortunately the boulders you used to have to scramble over to reach the top were removed and the path was paved. now there are way too many people there

Would not recommend this park! Not only had to pay to enter as a member of the military on Memorial Day but most trails were either roped off or closed!

I would recommend this trail for mountain goats. North side is steep and requires some bouldering. Otherwise, lot of varied terrain, but mostly jagged rocks. I would not choose it for a trail run.

More than I expected. After 2miles up in the mountain trail is not visual but there is markets to keep you oriented. Great hike

There is not much to see on this hike, especially if the waterfall doesn't have water. To get to the waterfall you need to climb up some wet rocks in a stream which is difficult if you have small children or are babywearing.

Closed but my family has hiked this a lot over the years. Very easy and an amazing waterfall after it rains.

Tough hike with some steep inclines and some loose rock. Saw two rattlesnakes on trail so keep your eyes open. Bring plenty of water and apply lots of sunscreen if hiking at any point during middle of the day.

Waddell and Ford Canyon This is a nice easy walking trail for family. Don't confuse it with the large Ford Canyon Trail Loop, that one is hard. Bring lots of water for each person. There is no shade. In spring there are great seating/picnic areas. It too hot in the summer to use them. There are restrooms available as well.

This is a great trail. I recommend not going early because I do not want to see you. Clock wise is the best way to go. The trail through the crick bed can be tricky to find. If you are sliding down boulders hanging onto grass trust me you are off the trail. Have fun...
