nice to go with family

Very nice easy trail. Restrooms at the interpretive center. Mostly paved except the dirt side trails.

I had a difficult time finding the entrance to this ‘trail’ tucked in behind a marina. This trail is a paved blacktop road suitable for biking walking or running. The scenery is beautiful, but there is not much shade. Safe place to run, with beautiful views and no traffic.

Nice easy short out and back trail. Not strenuous at all. But a nice little morning nature walk. We took the dogs and they loved it!

Nice rolling walk at the bottom of canyon, quiet with not much use. If you climb the switchback trail you will get a real cardio vascular workout.

Great hike good mix of easy and hard course depending on the routes you take

Dogs only allowed on 100-yard trail. The signage for the other trails are marked no dogs.

What a poor decision by the organization managing this resource.

The people who follow the rules will leave. The people who don't follow the rules will take their dogs anyway, and leave their dog crap everywhere.

This area seems like a "checkbox" item that someone used to fulfill a political requirement. It's not designed for the real world.

I love Point Vincente as a new Californian. When you get the the lighthouse there are palm trees you can picnic under and it’s super peaceful. Always good parking and never really crowded. Also the views off the cliffs never get old. No shade on the actual trail but it’s mostly more of a walk anyway!

It is a pretty hike and gives you a nice incline to get the heart pumping.

One of my favorite walks to go on around here. Lots of parking, no shade unfortunately. They do have bathrooms along the way and water fountains.

Definitely beautiful views, not alot of shade. Alot of different ways to venture off to. Probably would be a little more on the hard side versus moderate due to steep spots, stairs and cliffs.

Very nice trail with lots of shade. Went on a Sunday and there's a nice lot for parking. Had our two little ones, 23 month old and 8yr old. They loved it! Only one small thing was there was alot of horse poop but maybe it's not there all the time...definitely worth it.

If your looking for a scenic yet relaxing hike, then this is the place to go. I went with a friend and we enjoyed it very much . Nearby parking is at Trumps golf course (it's small lot, but hopefully you can find a spot)

Great trail with a pretty "Moderate" level climb towards the end (just before it intersects Rattlesnake Trail). Beautiful views at the top! The rules need to be enforced a little tighter because even though no dogs are allowed, you have to watch your step because there's DOG POOP everywhere! Other than that, very nice!

Love this trail.

Well kept

Very nice after the rain

Hello I am Stephanie .

This was my very first time at this trail location . 1. I love how they said this was an easy trail , ha no way this should at least moderate because those zig-zags hills in the sycamore switchback trail were a wonderful terror ! I enjoyed it I was dripping sweat!
2. In the dark canyon trail I ran into four deer , it was so majestic and and magical that i will never forget this experience . Definetly a trail worth checking out .
P.S You can drive or take the bus to that location from where I live so that was fun

nice little hike, you can get a decent workout on the uphill portions and just saunter on the down hills and enjoy the outdoors, you can also do this as an out and back by hiking straight through to schabarum park, about 4 miles round-trip more or less where there's lots of shade and tables for a picnic.I park on Fullerton road so I don't have to drive up a dirt road, walk up where black walnut trail starts and cut over on nogales trail ,if you're lucky the sprinklers will be on, feels good but on a hot dusty day, then head up and over on powder canyon

I really enjoyed this hike! I went 2 weeks ago with my cousins and they all really liked it considering it was their first time hiking. The first half is mostly surrounded by trees and there are a few steep areas but nothing too bad. Once you cross the little creek there is no shade because the rest of the hike goes uphill in a zig zag. It's tiring but it's a great workout!

Besides the noise it’s a fun adventure.

Great Hike!

Easy walk. You’ll see some horses as you walk.

Amazing easy trail with great views!

There are so many different ways to go. I definitely need to come back and explore further. :) Cool trail, though I would have rated it as hard instead of moderate. There is a steep uphill and flight of stairs if you find rattlesnake trail, totally off of the main trail. :) Coming back soon with more water. :)

I did this walk yesterday. Absolutely beautiful! Don't fall for the disgusting portapotties at the beginning of the trail. There are several real restrooms along the trail. Plenty of parking. not much shade, so wear your sunblock.

Tangina sakit sa legs ng pababa pero goods naman.

Beautiful place to walk/hike along the ocean! You turn on Trump Nat’l Drive into golf course then hang a left, there’s free parking/no time limit but the lot isn’t huge. There are picnic tables off the greens to chill. You can do the main easy trail (some parts paved) with ocean views or hike one-off steeper trails to the beaches. I hadn’t hiked in years and I was fine with all. Says “No Animals” on beaches (probably just for safety, it’s all rocks) so use your judgement :) I will be going back!

Great Little Hike with hillside walls. Plenty of Cactus plants, Trees, wild flower and a stream along the whole way. There is shade here and there.Open 9am-5 or 6 Pm. Good for kids

Great spot in the city to get away from the city and get your workout in... do it a couple times; once counter-clockwise and once clockwise...
