Beautiful views of the Bay. Pretty easy hike. Watch out for mud and some slipping. I would recommend this as a after family hike.

Crowded, nice walk and views. Some trails not shown on the maps are not open to the public and they’re fun to explore.

0.0-6.0 miles: power walked the full loop

One of my favorite East Bay trails to date! Not too difficult, but enough of a climb to feel like you’re moving. Beautiful views in both directions. Wasn’t too crowded on a nice Saturday morning. A little muddy following some rain, but easily doable. Will come back!

Enjoyed walking along the shore on a flat paved road along the water . Lots of birds watching opportunities!!

Enjoyable. Not super challenging. Went w Cece. Company was amazing, trail was lovely, but nothing particularly special. Occasions views were green and blue in the winter rains good. Frankly really difficult to identify where the trail was sometimes, so being a phone that will have service to track. AllTrails was helpful.

Awesome trail with amazing views.

Nice little hour long walk (including getting lost because alltrails lied about where I was on the map.) Came here after a rain and it was damp and green. Yes, lots of bikes. Some screaming kids and strollers. But if you're in the area looking for a pretty stroll it's great. Many other trails around too but wasn't feeling adventurous.

Super easy to walk especially on a nice day!

Pretty awesome short hike. My friends and I got a little lost when we reached a steep, narrow path. Not sure where that goes, but it turns out if you stick straight ahead past some boulders instead, it opens up to the rest of the trail. We were up at the top with a gorgeous view in no time. Be careful as paths get narrow, but towards the end it paves and widens out. Have fun!

Very popular. Beautiful but lots of people.

Great walk. Somehow in hilly SF, there are a lot of flat nature hikes and walks. This one has more incline which is nice. I suggest walking there and back rather than walking the loop so you can enjoy the coastal breathtaking views instead of the road. We decided to not turnaround or take the loop and instead we kept walking to Baker Beach, then through the Presidio and finally into the Marina for lunch. It took about 2 hours 15 mins or 7 miles and my Fitbit recorded I burned 780 calories!

It was a blast and we were exhausted after, but I couldn’t believe all the fantastic views we had! After, we Lyfted back to our car, but we could have Scooted or Jump Biked because the ride was through the Presidio and neighborhood streets. Excellent trek!

Beautiful views of ocean and bridge and lots of fun landmarks to see. We did this hike as the loop, part of which is the road, and if we did it again, would stick to an out and back on the coastal trail- this is where the best views were and felt more like a hike (vs. a walk along the road). Detour to labyrinth/beach was worth the stairs!

Must do in San Francisco. Lands End is a unique stand out among the stunning west coast (obviously there are plenty of other amazing spots as well) that’s incredibly accessible.

Nice hike but with varying trail signs, which made it hard to tell if you were on the loop or not. Very beautiful though! Lovely at sunset. Good for dogs.

Great place for great views. Friendly for hitting, jogging. Easy “hike” for most kids, but there are some steps that need to be navigated so some could struggle a bit.

I completed this hike today after failing to find the turn for the loop last weekend. I don't hike staring at my phone, and following the signs on the trail, I eventually ended up on a paved road and turned around to make it an out-and-back hike on my first try. The path for the turn is very small, narrow, and rocky, and near Arroyo Trail. Navigational faux pas aside, this is a nice 2-hour outdoor workout. The inclines are steady rather than overwhelming, and the rocky path is a great contrast to a gym environment. I like the benches and views of the Bay and SF, the easy parking (I like arriving around 9am though!), and the reliable outdoor toilets near the trailhead. Good times!

Narrow path near steep drops, mostly unmarked. Beautiful.

Great place to go!

Nice length. Easy (at least for me) to go the wrong way and get lost. The whole loop is spotted with steep downhills and uphills—it’s almost like interval cardio training. Beautiful, beautiful views of the bay, both bridges, and the city.

Love this app! Makes hiking easy and fun!

Starting with the steep Bridle Trail and ending with the flat Stream Trail was lovely. Beautiful ridge and redwoods. Lush. Wonderful way to spend three hours.

Unexpectedly great views and a wonderful workout.

Great hike for a quick workout that doesn’t leave you exhausted. The views and mixture of shade and sun are nice as well. Trail is well marked, but very rocky and rutted in some parts.

Always a fun family hike and enjoy the beautiful views!

I would rate this as an easy hike. It had nice views and was paved most of the way.

Always a fun hike to do! Scenic and a fun discovery each time. Go down the coastal trail and end up at China Beach! A must!

Really beautiful and a nice couple hour workout

Chill well populated hike. Mostly flat. Take detour to beach
