This was such a easy short hike. You walk along the dry river for a bit then take a little trail up into the canyon. a small section of scrambling and climbing for maybe 5 minutes. Just enough to get ur blood pumping then soon enough ur there. the waterfall is beautiful. Lots of large rocks and scenery. It's the perfect area to have a little picnic and relax..

loved it. definitely not for kids! too many places where they could fall.

You’ll start off walking along the wide dry river rock, but stay to the left side of the valley. It’s about a 25 min walk until to start the trail uphill. It’s not long until you reach the top waterfall, if you can overlook the vast amount of graffiti on the rocks and trees during the hike, it’s a pretty cool site to see the water falling off the side of the cliff running down the wall when you reach the top!

It is a 4 when water is in the creek it would be a 5. I would say it is easy to moderate vs just easy. For a first hike for children they definitely need to watch their step.

Very pretty.

I found it on complete accident by just climbing up random hills then I saw the actual trail you are supposed to take to get up there and it just looks like a overly stretched out hike that could have been half the distance if they just made people have to climb a little steeper

Beautiful, fun and easy hike. There was no water when we went on Sept 23rd, but was still such a nice hike. A little bit of an incline on the way back out, but my husband and I are always taking our kids (2 months, 3, 5, and 7 years old) out for hikes, lake/river swimming and fishing, 4 wheeling and camping trips so they didn't have to hard of a time. We just let them go their own pace. We lucky when it came to other hikers. The parking was great and we seen maybe 4 other party's hiking. We defiantly want to go again.

We loved this hike. Went September 29th and the weather was perfect! Beautiful waterfall and wonderful little creek. We brought our pups with us and they loved playing in the pools and creek. Was a bit confused at first cause there is no obvious trail...you have to hike straight through the rock for a bit to find the trail that takes you to the waterfall. Such a great little place ❤️❤️❤️

Amazing hike I took my 3 year old and 5 year old they loved it and this app helped us to find the water fall

Took my 3 year old and 5 year old they loved it and were able to hike it . Just cross the stream you come across a bed of rocks goes straight but more towards the left mountain try to stay hugged to it then I’ll find a trail to hike up it’ll get really steep and rocky but not impossible

The length of the hike was about 4 hours. Once you reach to the peak, you’ll get a captivating view of corona. The downside: there’s no where to park especially because the neighborhoods near by

It’s a pretty nice view of Corona. At a walking pace, you’ll probably get to Beeks Place in 4-5 hours. I was only able to barely reach midway when the sun began to set. Lovely hike down, and it gets completely dark since you’ll be inbetween a valley. Wish I could’ve stayed for some astrophotography.

Beautiful waterfall but rather find a way to get to the top

Very easy hike. There’s a lot of shade so no matter what time of day you go it’s perfect. There were also a lot of butterflies everywhere you looked.
The heart rock was cute too :)

This was a beautiful trail! I did get lost getting there at first due to missing the sharp left turn to the road that gets you to the trail. We parked right in front of the camp sign but there’s two additional parking areas closer to the actual trail. My specialness went tru a closed gate and it was a nice and easy walk up with a paved trail (FYI). Unfortunately no water, but the rocks were cool to look at. We went back tru the actual trail which I LOVED due to the scenery but I had to take a few breaks since the air was thinner. I’d definitely recommend this trail!

This trail was awesome, very easy trail. We got there in the even. Enough time to hike the trail see the heart ❤️ rock and explore the trail surrounding. Dried out stream but still worth the drive.

Easiest waterfall hike I’ve ever done. Must pass all the rocks straight through till you get to first open trail walkway on the left passing first mountain cut. Rocks were fun to jump around. Went with my 8 year old he loved it. Did it with no breaks I’d rate it easier side of moderate. . Awesome waterfall at the end with enough water to sit and soak. Can’t wait till feb or so when falls will be full.

walked it twice.

Good to hike early spring after some rain. Just down from Heart rock kids can slide on a rock into some cold water.

Frank Perez, you will be fine on your truck the only issue i would see is that you will get bushes and trees wacking your sides of the truck and most likley scratching the surface of the truck(i came out the trail full of dirt leaves and scratches). if you are ok with this then yea go for it, for ground clearance im sure most stock vehicles would be ok especially a truck, youll have fun its all part of wheeling anyways.

This was my 2nd time wheeling and this trail is Great for begginers. i did the entire trail on normal 2wd (97 wrangler 3 inch lift on 33s). instead of looping back were i started i kept going on the trail and came out next to silverwood lake (just follow the widest road), i filled up on the nearest gas station before starting trail and only used a bit over 1/4 of the gas tank. i believe it took me 2 hrs and 30 min to complete the trail with a few stops in between for scenic views. when you end the trail near lake arrowhead youll go from dirt road to tar mac road and there are a couple of recreational camp sites as well.

The trail (if you can call it that) is really difficult to find. Had to ask a couple of people coming back which way to head, and if we were going the right way. We started the hike at about 11:00 AM on a Sunday on Labor Day weekend. So it was very crowded at Lytle Creek and lots of people on the trail. The fact that there were lots of people helped getting us there. If we do again maybe go earlier. It was beautiful, not strenuous the majority of the way up, but creek bed rocks all the way until you reach the last quarter of a mile (or less) to the falls. Kinda steep and big steps over rocks. Glad I did it. Some parking is free. But some isn’t. Make sure you know that before you leave your car. They were giving tickets. We were able to ask and we parked ok. Take more than one bottle of water per person and maybe a snack.

We enjoyed this loop walk. It is mostly on dirt and provides a lot of shade which was great on a warm day. Pretty views of the lake and you can walk right up to the lake from the trail. We only encountered a couple other people walking it, so we pretty much had it to ourselves. Lots of people fishing along the lake. Great start to our vacation, we walked from our cabin.

Went earlier today and it didn’t disappoint me except for the fact there wasn’t any water, but the hike and scenery was amazing. The kids loved it too. Definitely going back but when there’s water.

very nice ran into three bears.

Walked Lake Gregory a few times. Pretty lake. Very easy walk and has some shade. There is a grocery store called Goodwins right by the lake that has great deli sandwiches that you can pick up and eat while viewing the lake.

Walked Heart rock trail on 7/21/18. Pretty shady. Pretty easy short trail to walk. You have to do a little climbing to see the heart rock. There was water running when we went in July. Unfortunately, there is some graffiti around the heart rock area. So sad.

Easy little hike. You can google Bonita Ranch Campgrounds and pay 5 dollars to park there and just walk straight back and follow along the mountain line and hug it until you get the opportunity to cut up. The first time i went i kept thinking id found the waterfalls but just keep going and you will see the unmistakable waterfall at the end. Careful with your footing as it is not a clear path very rocky. PLEASE TAKE YOUR TRASH WITH YOU!

Trail open all the way to the Doppler radar, despite the fire damage all along and right up to the sides of the trail.
still one of my favorites.
Enjoy!
