I just did the eternal flame trail. it took me 30 minutes start to finish, I walk fast. well marked trail and worth the experience to see the flame. hardest part of the trail is the hike back up the hill but really not bad

Beautiful trail and well maintained!

Trail was good though waterfall was dry. Ruins were interesting and fun to play in. We hiked up a big hill and found another trail which was really cool. Suspension bridge was fun as well.

Terrific spot! Quiet, well maintained, very scenic. one critisem, trails are poorly marked.

Great trail for families, lots of wildlife and the nature center offers some hands on exhibits for kids. I highly recommend it.

Excellent loop for kids and pets. Great wildlife and birding if there aren’t too many people out.

A small little gem for a casual walk through wooded areas and around some small lakes. Well paved and flat trails make it easy for kids

Nice short trail full of nature.

Nice walk but the entrance was not marked at all.

Not a ton of scenery for most of the trail but did see some turkeys and there was a nice little creek that was very pretty and my dogs enjoyed swimming in

Great paved walk way, nestled in Amherst.

Nice hike. Enjoyed the flowers and wild life.

nice well maintained trail. we'll have to come back in the spring as there wasn't much water flowing over the falls. The interesting stone structure is the homestead of Belva Lockwood, first woman to practice law before the Supreme court and the first woman to run for president!

There was deer like every turn I took! Loved it!

Diverse scenery between wooded areas, lake views, and meadows. Clear and well maintained trails for an easy outing. Plenty of opportunities for wildlife and bird watching.

A nice undeveloped area of Lackawanna. Lots of different things to see and explore, trails, tracks, trestles, ponds and creek. Spent many many hours there as a child.

-- DON'T TAKE YOUR DOG IF YOU CAN'T CLEAN UP AFTER IT! IF YOU HAVE BAGGIES WITH DOG POO TAKE IT OUT WITH YOU DON'T LITTER!!!! -- I really love this trail but sadly the fact that people with dogs are getting way out of hand! I find it sad that you are greeted at the entrance with a big pile of dog baggies filled with dog poo but it gets worse seeing dog bags scattered on the trails! People with dogs are lazy and filthy and its sad that they feel they have the right to litter! If you cant clean up after your filthy animal keep it at home! Or if the dog takes a dump get a stick and push it off the trail dont just leave it.

-- IF YOU GO IN WITH IT LEAVE WITH IT! DON'T LITTER FOR OTHERS TO SEE WHAT YOU LEFT BEHIND -- DON'T RUIN IT FOR OTHERS DUE TO YOU BEING LAZY! --

Went for a wonderful walk at 8am on a -2° f day. Really beautiful, hard to believe it is so close to the city.

a very peaceful place to walk!

Nice nature trail. I like the distance, not too long, not too short. The end of the trail is worth it for the nice view!

I spent a few hours today exploring this park and I enjoyed it. There's a cool suspension bridge to cross the creek and what looks like the ruins of an old mill by an amazing waterfall. The trail was muddy and still had snow/ice on sections so watch your footing.
