Amazing! Easy hike but be very very careful with navigation, you can get lost easily.

Beautiful trail, lots of creeks to crossover, landscape to gawk at and giant ravens to view. The deeper you get into the canyon, the more diversified the colors.

A great way to get up high quickly. The trail is pretty easy going, but currently suffers from an abundance of icy snow making things slippy!

Make sure you take a right when you get to the fork on the trail. Left for spring (top of waterfall) right for dam (bottom). Took about 7 hours pacing myself and spending time at the waterfall. Hiked in mid April and water was great!

This was much more my speed as a beginner vs the longer hike to the upper falls via Flume trail and in my opinion just as pretty. The only negative comment I have is the amount of people trying to drive Hondas or Prius. It's about a 30-45min drive down a rough dirt road. They didn't let the Jeeps like us and 4x4s pass and we saw a few get stuck. Common courtesy let people with more suitable
off-road vehicles pass.

Loved this trail. It is on the easy side of moderate, but this trail is not easy. There is some good elevation changes and some excellent scenery. The lower parts of the trail are pretty easy, but the later parts near the summit are where it because more difficult. Definitely worth checking out.

Havasu, Mooney And Beaver are all beautiful!
Definitely worth the hike.

Such a fun beautiful hike. If you bring a dog please pack the poop out. So many people leave the poop bags at the entrance. Don’t be a Ricard. Leave the places you visit how you found them.

outstanding! think this trail should be listed as difficult. it's not far but. it is steep in spots. some people may have to use their hands. but we'll worth it.. enjoy!

Beautiful

Went this last weekend with my husband and friend- was absolutely stunning! Easy hike and well worth it! So many swimming holes! We were in a Kia and the ride down was a little nerve racking but slow and steady and you’ll be ok!

This was a hike that was beautiful and a good workout that ended at one of the most beautiful natural shrines I have seen. A highlight on a trip full of great hikes!

Hike is great and family friendly! We love coming here. But brought family from out of state to hike today and it was closed. Make sure you check to see if the trails are open again before you go because it is totally worth it.

Backpacked in starting on the dirt road from the Dry Creek Trailhead parking lot. Adds more than 3 miles but we didn’t record b/c we’re dumb so not sure how many- by the scale on the map, looks about 5mi. It’s not strenuous by any means but it’s not shaded and it feels long.
The trail to secret canyon is beautiful and challenging, especially with packs, but worth it. Very secluded and lots of camping options along the trail as you make your way into the canyon. We didn’t hike all the way in, found a spot near water and camped, then hiked out the next day.

Was absolutely worth the wait and yes although a tough hike, with plenty of water, proper shoes, snacks & laughter from friends, recommend this hike. Get permit and enjoy.

Pretty strenuous hike and my husband and I are pretty avid hikers. Falls were dry which didn’t make the 11.5 mile hike worth it.

Do you need a pass or reservation to hike this trail?

Nice hike in, long, and fairly intense but manageable on the way out. Only real
Shit part is that first mile back up, it’s the steepest. Swimming hole totally worth everything! I encourage anyone who is a good swimmer to go into the toilet bowl. So fun. Bring good swimming goggles. Fill your water bladder up at the beginning of the springs, where it’s filtered. It’s clean water, straight from the earth. Enjoy

Can’t give a completely accurate review as we were in a rush to catch a fight so I only had about 45 min on trail. But nice steady incline, path rocky but manageable. Nice views. Wish I could have finished the whole trail!

We only was able to see the upper part , the lower hike was canceled because was to windy and rocks were coming down.
The experience was amazing, the whole canyon is Soooo beautiful. Be prepared to be surrounded with a lot of other hikers, it is challenging to take pictures and we got rained with sand because of the wind. Cover your camera from the sand.

This is one of my top 10 trails! Absolutely beautiful! Canyon walks change with every turn. Went beyond the end point for extra scenery. It was amazing.

Great hike with ever changing views of the butte. Did it with our kids.

So how bad are the roads exactly? I have a mini van, would I be able to make it?

Amazing! Definitely not easy on the way back up but it’s tolerable! It was my first longer hike in many years, and i felt extremely accomplished when I made it back to the top.I can’t wait to go again! One thing... bring A LOT of water! I brought 5L and had my last sip as I got to the car.

Great trail. Moderate is perfect description. Summited right before sunset and while it was beautiful we really had to hoof it back down to beat the night setting in. So last mile was pretty dark. Would do again at sunset but descend on one of the western-facing trails.

Great trail.. well marked and beautiful at every turn. Be sure to go on to the very end of the Canyon. There the walls of the Canyon surround you and the creek runs through. Soft trail with some climbing and navigating of creek crossing. Crossed the creek 28 times in all.

Breath taking views. Hike was perfect. I agree with someone who said it seems like you are on different planet.
