Must do!! One of my fav hikes in Chattanooga, beautiful sights and challenging routes. Also connects to waterfall and other trails for longer hike.

One of the most beautiful waterfalls in the state, in my opinion.

Don’t mind the signs, jump the fence and take a dip at your peril, the water is great! ;)

Excellent raw trail. Lots of interest. My wife and I took took this on in late afternoon. Lots of rain over the days before had Rock Creek flowing fast and high, turning the rock hopping jaunts into thigh-deep wading. Nevermind that. The reward at the in end was well worth it. The reward at the out end a downhill grade. Note: Lots of slick mud on the trail.
Also this is not a hard hike, but it did not seem particularly kid-friendly to us.

Good nice hike. Parts of trail are almost covered and some trees have fallen but still nice along the stream. Perfect for a early summer morning walk.

One of my favorite trials. Must be visited at least once each season.

gorgeous view and fun water hole to play in

I wouldn't really consider this a "hike" but it is a beautiful destination. We had the falls all to ourselves the day we went. It was 98 degrees that day and we were very comfortable at the base of the falls and the water was cold. It is hard to find the Natural area. I recommend it for kids. The day we went the water only came half way up my calf but I'm sure that changes. If you want to explore in the cave or even just walk over to it, you will need your hiking boots but I recommend water shoes for the base of the falls. Its very rocky. Don't skip this experience! Enjoy Loves!

It has a whimsical winding staircase going down to the falls. Great waterfalls. The base can be seen from the top and bottom. At the top, a boulder can be climbed to see another mini waterfall. i want to go back. it was fun.

Great hike in and out! Combination of high & low slopes with small waterfall!

The trail is well marked, the park itself is well kept. My dog was terrified of the staircase going down so I carried him. Haha. But once we were at the bottom we enjoyed swimming and the peaceful atmosphere.

I have done this trail a couple of times. It's not kid friendly and nor well maintained.

The coolest thing about this waterfall is you dont have to hike the trail IF you dont want to. There is a road that leads right up to the fall that goes right past it. It was November when we visited the fall so we opted to drive to it. The area is just beautiful and so is the falls!!

We love this place!!!❤️❤️❤️

Hiked this trail 7/28/18 Signal Park has short walk down to awesome overlook. The trail from there to swinging bridge at Rainbow Lake had some trees down, but pretty easy to go under, over, or around. Rocky trail also. The trail from swinging bridge only had one small tree down. Overlooks are nice. First big overlook is not Edwards point, its maybe 50 yards past that one. Beautiful views.

The falls were cool, but the overlook was definitely the best part. Lightly trafficked and peaceful.

The trail could be more clearly marked, and we were disappointed when we had to turn around halfway through then loop because the trail was so overgrown we couldn't safely continue. Looking forward to going back when some of the summer foliage dies back.

I've hiked this Trail many times. It's beautiful and offers a bit of a challenge but not too strenuous. From the Ohio Avenue parking lot to the Edwards Point Lookout is 2 miles exactly on my GPS. Not sure why it says 8.4 miles on the alltrails app. But overall it's one of my favorite trails to hike.

I took my kids on this “1.6” mile “easy” loop. We went to the right at the fork. It was not easy at the top and not well maintained. The trail is steep at the top, especially coming down the other side. There was a lot of blow down that had to be navigated. At one very narrow point we climbed over a muscadine vine. The waterfall was just a trickle and it has been raining heavily in this area so that was disappointing. And according to my running app it was 2.21 miles. I would rate this a moderate trail.

This map actually begins at the Rainbow Lake Wilderness Trail head on Ohio Avenue. Edwards Point is 2.1 miles from here and is located on the map at the point or where the trail turns sharply up. Not exactly sure where this trail map ends, but heads towards Mushroom Rock (5 miles from Rainbow trailhead) and Suck Creek Rd., Trail head (8.4 Miles from Rainbow trailhead). Starting at Signal Point would add a little over a mile to the hikes.

I did this trail on July 7th. the falls, all three, were the best part of this moderate trail. Greeters Falls was getting busy when I was there but the water was so refreshing. I blazed my own trail for the third falls by hiking up the rocky river bed past the fork.
it was more strenuous and had a better view of the gorge.
The trail went out to the rim and had some panoramic views. If you stay on it, it will hook up with a couple other Savage Gulf trails.
Though this wasn't a particularly hard trail, it just kept giving more spectacular features. I made it into a 5.5 miles and 1150 feet elevation hike. Now that's a good workout.

Loved it! I feel like Lower Greeter is the most photographed, but Upper Greeter was really beautiful too, as well as Boardtree Falls. Definitely wear actual shoes on the hike and wear your swimsuit!

Beautiful trail. It's downhill but very easy. The waterfall and scenery are breathtaking. Several scences from Walt Disney's Jungle Book were also filmed here. The cave is easy in and out. I took my daughters in several times when they were like 8 & 10. I do believe since it became a park, the cave is closed at times due to bat hibernation.

Diverse well marked and worn Plateau trail.

It is an ok spot. The trail is super short, and the fall itself was kinda cool. Def a better place for people aren’t serious hikers or who have kids. If you want to be wowed, don’t go here.

Worthwhile trip to see the falls. Great workout. Thankfully dogs are welcome on the hike.

Easy hike. Great swimming holes!

Incredible views

Love this park! So many great hikes and beautiful views! There are tons of other activities for everyone in the family to enjoy like a ropes course, golf, horseback riding, tennis courts, and kayaking.

Did this trail a few months back! Rewarding waterfall at the end!
