want to go Map

I've hiked all of the trails up there, for most of my life-another one of my go to trails. I love the challenge, (I'm 74) the views alone can't be beat! get out there and enjoy!!

Very nice trail, well marked. joins up with be at Allegheny passage, take that and wander around the fern trails. Not very strenuous and Cucumber Falls is amazing

Did this today with a light dusting of snow on the ground. A little more slippery near the falls/tubs, but able to navigate. Lengthened the hike to 4 miles along the yellow trail by crossing the train tracks and following down falls. Was able to go along the tornado path from this past summer to see many downed trees...very crazy to see. Have done this hike in the summer, but was very enjoyable in the winter. Trail well marked and quiet.

Always a favorite! A good way to spend a few hours or just sit by the lake and relax.

I will not pay for parking to walk in the woods. $10 was the cheapest. Even the parking spot to sight see near the big 5 mph turn has a little trail with a sign that says pass needed.

Short but beautiful! You go Glen CoCo!

The trail was very wet in places due to rain/snow but still walkable. Nice easy hike with the dogs!

Short hike with friends—the water made it scenic and so did the hidden gnome!

Walked this trail on a very hot day during August and enjoyed every second of it, especially the overlook points and crossing the waterfall, can’t wait to go back!

Love this trail. Delighted that the new part of the trail near the top is now open. Terrific views. Lots of hikers there today - New Years Day.

Gorgeous waterfall. I went 1/1/19. Quite a few ppl there. It was nice. Quick great for kids. Think it's even wheelchair accessible the entrance I came n at.

Loved the hike took almost 5 hours. I wouldn’t recommend large dogs for the whole loop. Some portions you have to climb up. I would do this trail in the summer/fall.

Amazing trail and well marked only down side is the price.

Hiked this in November starting and ending at Otter Hole. It was challenging crossing the creek from the parking lot due to high water. Very nice views at Wyanokie High Point and Chikahokie Falls. Terrain was moderate to difficult, especially descending the yellow dot trail on Carris Hill where we fell multiple times. Overall we had a great time and would go definitely go back. Trekking poles are highly recommended.

Not a long or hard hike but beautiful waterfall!

There’s better up this way

Great hike, little slippery with the leaves but overall no problems. Recommend hiking shoes/boots as some parts were muddy, and gloves were helpful to scramble down without getting my butt wet!

Nice and easy trail with nice views. A lot of different trails you can venture off too. For being this time of year I was actually surprised at how many people were there so probably a place I would stay away from during the warm seasons.

Not sure what the hub bub is all about, not a easy trail to climb, walking on top of rocks is no fun and the view is nice but obstructed by trees.

Still closed 12/23/18, but Sugar run trail just a few miles north is open and takes you to the waterfalls too. It was muddy but beautiful. Only about 3.5 miles round trip to falls.

Very easy, pretty waterfall. Good for little ones

Nice well maintained trail. I lost the yellow blazes coming from the south side, but the map was helpful for getting me back on track. Lots of water crossings and people walking their dogs.
Will come back for more trail fun!

Great place to hike

We went after it rained the night before...was about 48 degrees. Walking sticks are good for this hike. Wasn't too slippery. The view was obscured by the mist but it was pretty cool to be up in the clouds! Will head up another time to get the view.

Excellent workout. Not for dogs, small children, or a novice...your legs will be sore in the morning.. You will have to climb over large rocks/boulders. Great views. Lots of people. Wear proper shoes or boots. There is a place to eat and rest rooms.
Highly recommend.

Fun hike. Fairly steep incline. Great cardio workout. Windy up at fire tower but great views. Want to try and take the yellow trail next time and do the loop since I’ve done the fire tower twice. As previously mentioned in another review, watch the red markers coming down. Easy to go off trail.

i hiked this trail once this past summer, and twice last summer. it is one of the easier trails.Perfect for beginners - children and adult.

Really pretty trail along the river with several small falls. Be attentive to which trail you’re on as there are a bunch of trails that intersect and are in the area. I’d recommend you start by going the direction of down the stairs and to the water first, that way you have a good upstream view and the second half loops back through the forest. Easy/moderate level.

Great Hike with plenty of variety and fantastic views.
